لم يتطابق الجدول الزمني المذكور في القسيمة مع موعد مغادرة القارب الفعلي. لذا، انتبهوا إلى أن المواعيد المحجوزة غير دقيقة. كان موعد مغادرتنا قبل نصف ساعة. كان القارب السريع جيدًا، وكذلك طاقمه. استغرقت رحلة السيارة إلى الفندق وقتًا أطول لأن السائق اضطر إلى توصيل عائلة أخرى أولًا، لذا إذا كنتم ترغبون في رحلة أسرع، فمن الأفضل استقلال سيارة أجرة من ميناء بادونغ باي. كان سائقنا آريا سائقًا ممتازًا، وبذل قصارى جهده لإيصالنا بأسرع وقت ممكن وبأمان. لم تكن رسوم الطريق السريع مشمولة في الحجز، لذا اضطررنا إلى دفع رسوم إضافية للوصول إلى نوسا دوا بأسرع طريق. عمومًا، لا أنصح بالحجز عبر الإنترنت، من الأفضل الحجز في بالي، فهو أرخص وأسرع وأسهل.

The time schedule mentioned on voucher did not correspond to the real departure of the boat. So be aware that the times booked are not real. Ours was half hour earlier. Fast boat was ok and also the crew. Car transfer to the hotel was longer as the driver had to drop another family first, so if you want a faster transfer you better take a taxi from the Padong Bai harbour. Our driver Arya was a very good driver, he did his best to get us as fast and safe as possible. Toll cost for the motorway was not covered in the booking so we had to pay extra fee to get the fastest way to Nusa Dua. Overall I don’t recommend booking online, better book in Bali, it’s cheeper, faster and easier

The intermediate stops weren't specified. On the way to Gili Meno, I was dropped off at Gili T and didn't know where to go to get to Gili Meno. There were no announcements on the first boat either, so I just sat there until someone came along and told me I had to get off if I wanted to go to Gili Meno. On the return trip from Meno to Padang Padang Beach, I was dropped off at a completely different location, and my taxi was going to be nearly two hours late, so I had to arrange my own taxi. I hope I get reimbursed for the taxi fare.

Our driver Pranandika Arya Hudatara from Magir Trans Bali was very professional and kind. We were all hungry so he stopped along the way so we could grab snacks and use the restroom. Would go with him again!

The boat was good but a bit late. Then the car trip to Uluwatu was good but it was too long because of the traffic and the stop we made. The driver Pranandika Arya Hudatara from Magir Trans Bali was very nice and helpful.

The day before, we were informed that there were changes to the speedboat and that it would depart at 11:15 instead of 12:30. After arriving an hour and a quarter earlier, the speedboat didn't leave until 12:40.
Then the taxi driver charged us 50,000 rupees for the toll, which actually cost 14,000 rupees. Either we paid 50,000 rupees or he took us another way, taking half an hour longer.

The boat was delayed 1 hour.
And I arrived to my destination in Uluwatu at 20hs! And the ticket when I booked said 15:30.
The driver was very good, very kind. But the problem is that the app sell tickets with the wrong time arrival :(
