طُلب مني النزول وتغيير الحافلة الصغيرة لمدة 30 دقيقة في الرحلة (كان الأمر جيدًا ، ولكن الأمر كان مربكًا بعض الشيء حيث كان عليّ فقط القيام بذلك) ولكن يبدو أن هذا جعل الرحلة تتأخر ثم رفض سائق الحافلة الصغيرة ذلك توقف في الرحلة. كان شخص ما يائسًا للتوقف ، لذا توقف على جانب الطريق لمدة دقيقتين لكنه لم يكن سعيدًا جدًا بذلك. كانت العبارة رائعة!

I was told to get off and change minibus 30 mins in the journey (which was fine, just a bit confusing as it was only me that had to do this) but it seemed like this made the journey delayed and then the minibus driver refused to stop on the journey. Someone was desperate to stop so he pulled over on the side of the road for 2 mins but wasn’t very happy about it. Ferry was great!

Our driver wasn’t coming (or to late) and we arrived almost 2 hours later than expected.
The support was hard to get at phone and didn’t called us back.

The trip was very easy, picked up from the hotel, dropped off at the ferry with a ticket in-hand.

Sat in reception from 8.30, checked out of room as per the booking. Received a call to say pick up was now 9.40
Got to the ferry terminal at 2pm & gate closed so had to wait another hour for a crossing, because of picking up people from other ferry crossings
The journey was long enough, without wasting an additional 2 hours of the day.
All drivers were polite & no problem

I didn’t realise that this was primarily a 3-4 hour bus journey followed by a 1.5 hour ferry. This is entirely my fault! It was incredibly easy, very well managed. Would 100% recommend! Our only issue was the taxi mafia on the other side at Koh Samui (nothing to do with this tour operator but something to be wary of if you choose to catch this ferry!) . We were told 150baht each to lamai beach in one of their tuk-Tuks only for the driver to demand an extra 200 and tell us the 150 was only for the other passengers who had waited longer! Not what his boss had said so be warned about this.

picked us up at 9 and took us to krabi pier to then say we are setting off at 11 instead because there was not enough people. set off around 11:15 for the 9am set off. bus ride after was fine (krabi to surat thani port around 2.5 hours) and got straight onto ferry (to koh samui about 2 hours)

Came on time to pick up at my hotel, dropped us off at pier. A person was waiting with a ticket which was needed to scan abd got in the ferry. We reached koh Samui at 3;30. Perfect.

The ride was amazing. Our driver came a little later but he was very kind. He drove the vehicle well until the ferry and assisted us into the pier. We could have come earlier but some German passengers came late, didn’t wanted to enter the car, were just loud with the poor driver and started quarrelling with him.
Anyhow, I recommend this service as it’s reliable and sends you to the destination safely!! Happy travels!!
