Veasna SThe driver is very rude and even nosy, I politely asked how fast do we expected to arrive? He’s impatiently responding that’s he’s a driver in a car but not a pilot on the plan. He’s lowkey asked if I was traveling with my husband? Such a WTF moment with this driver. We had issue on drop-off area, we asked for help to change the destination and he’s not agree or at least enthusiastic to help but not at all instead worried that we will complain as we have to go opposite way where he’s heading. In this case I speak the medium language, imagine a non-local speaker travel with this driver and experience this.

And on pickup showed me the passenger list with my name and destination. And at destination read the name of people who's stop it is. Great experience.

Alexandra FOverall it was a good and comfortable ride. Unfortunately we were told we would be picked up by 5:50am and be on our way by 6am. We didnt start driving until 6:30, getting us to our destination late.
