30mn تأخير وتدخين السائق ولكن على خلاف ذلك رحلة جيدة

حسنًا ، وصلنا إلى هناك ، ومن هنا جاءت "النجمة الثانية". حدثت المشكلات التالية: 1) غادرت الحافلة متأخرة 1.5 ساعة. 2) عندما بدأ المطر ، ترك السائق مقصورة الأمتعة مفتوحة على جانب الحافلة مما سمح للعديد من الحقائب بالتبلل. 3) عند دخول الحافلة ، فإن اختيار الموسيقى يحتوي على العديد من الكلمات البذيئة وكان مبتذلاً للغاية. 4) لمدة نصف الرحلة تقريبًا ، تحدث السائق ورفيقه بصوت عالٍ وكان من الصعب حتى التفكير. 5) كانت الحافلة شديدة البرودة (أنا عادةً من محبي "القيادة الباردة" ، لكن كان الجو باردًا للغاية!). 6) وصلنا متأخرين 2.5 ساعة إلى وجهتنا. 7) قام السائق بالرد على المكالمات الهاتفية أثناء القيادة عدة مرات. ... عادةً لا أترك تعليقات ، جيدة أو سيئة ، لكنني اعتقدت أنه يجب أن يكون معروفًا. وبكل إنصاف ، كانت المرة الأخرى التي أخذنا فيها Transnasional في الوقت المحدد ، ورحلة مريحة وجيدة للغاية.

سائق الحافلة غير ودي للغاية! كانت الحافلة جيدة ، والمقاعد أيضًا. أخذنا استراحة صغيرة ولم يذكر سائق الحافلة كم من الوقت سنبقى هناك. إذا لم يوقف صديقي الحافلة لكان سيقود بدوني ويبدو أنه لا يهم على الإطلاق.

رحلة رائعة ، سائق جيد ، بدأت متأخرة 15 دقيقة ولكن كانت هذه مشكلة في الحافلة قبل أن نتأخر. مقاعد مريحة للغاية

يجب أن ندفع 2 رينغيت ماليزي لكل واحد للحصول على تذكرة تحمل رقم المقعد. السائقون ليسوا رائعين ويتحدثون بصوت عالٍ جدًا. الجو بارد جدًا مثل الثلاجة، لدينا برد.. لا يمكن النوم. يعتبر

عندما ذهبت إلى مكتب Transnasional لاستبدال قسيمة 12go بالتذكرة، قاموا بتحصيل 1 رينجت إضافي مني لتأكيد المقعد أو شيء من هذا القبيل. إنه ليس مبلغًا كبيرًا ولكني فوجئت لأنه لم يتم إخباري في أي وقت قبل ذلك بأنه ستكون هناك رسوم إضافية للحصول على التذكرة. لم يحدث هذا أبدًا خلال أي رحلات أخرى قمت بها في الماضي. وبصرف النظر عن هذا، كانت الرحلة جيدة إلى حد ما. بدأت الرحلة متأخرة بحوالي 40 دقيقة، ثم حدث انتقال غير متوقع إلى حافلة أخرى في منتصف الطريق وما إلى ذلك؛ ولكن مثل هذه الأشياء متوقعة في رحلات الحافلات عبر آسيا، ولا توجد مشكلات كبيرة أثناء الرحلة. يجب على الآخرين الذين يرغبون في حجز التذاكر ملاحظة أن السعر المدفوع في 12go ليس السعر النهائي، وقد يحتاجون إلى دفع المزيد في شباك التذاكر.

من الإيجابيات أن السائقين آمنون والمقاعد كبيرة. لسوء الحظ فإن السلبيات تزن الإيجابيات كثيرًا. هم حيث 1. كان السائق يدخن في سرير استراحة السائق وهذا يمر عبر مكيف الهواء لأي شخص آخر، 2. منافذ شحن الجهاز لا تعمل، 3. تأخرت الحافلة لمدة ساعة ونصف، 4. توقف المرحاض بعد 4 ساعات ونصف من المغادرة.

أنا عادة إيجابي للغاية، وكانت الحافلة مريحة ولكن وصلت متأخرة جدًا. وقال لي تذكرة VIP: الماء والوجبات الخفيفة تشمل، لم يعطونا شيئًا.

الحافلة لا تتوافق مع حجزنا على الإطلاق. تأخر ساعة واحدة + ساعة واحدة من الازدحام المروري.

Bus from KL to Melaka was comfortable and clean, only problem was that it was delayed in arriving to KL.

Good seat, good bus, driver not the most friendly but did the job. Would use again.

Great online booking experience; could improve with seat selection. Bus was comfy and left on time, but 25 min late at arriving to destination

The bus was full of cockroaches!!! Really unpleasant experience. I changed the seat but that didn't help. I travel a lot on public transport so totally get the buses or train might not be clean but I have never seen so many cockroaches. I will not use this provider again.

The seats were comfortable. It was cold in the bus and the driver was driving too fast....

Driver hit big bump shortly after we departed from KT station with way to much speed, something broke on front left side of the bus, he stoped and made quick check and continued the road with awarenes that something wasnt right. We mDe around 300/350km with unknown damage on the wheels! After the other driver came to replace him, he realized that sound that was coming from under the bus surely isnt good so he finaly safely stoped the bus on first posible gas station and we had to wait for another bus to pick us up and take us to TBS Kuala Lumpur. The other bus was good.

Booking with 12go.asia was simple to handle and very quick reply. Bus is very comfortable. Only at checking in was not a friendly lady at all. She refused to look at me when I was asking her something even when i said "Lady, I am taking to you" she refused to do .. very impolite

Nice driver

Not enough stops on the bus only one 10minute stop. This lead to us arriving at our final destination 3hours too early, this wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t 3:30am when we arrived! Not ideal for a girl traveling alone & having just arrived in a foreign country. Also the bus was very cold (probably about 10degrees different to that outside).

Bus was old and there was a weird smell. Trip was good and on time.

The ride was very comfortable, but there was a very anoying beeping the whole time. Without it I would give five stars, because the rest of the ride was good.

Comfortable journey comfy seats, The description mentioned snacks would be provided but wasn’t And outside food or drink not allowed to be consumed So 4 hours no food or drink Other than that an ok journey

Quality of bus not new standard. Strong delay. Stops in middle of KL again. Would be nice to book from there.

Pullman was really good, staff nice, but trip was mooooooore longer... like 10 h and half. We have totally lost one day to reach mersing.

We were late by almost 1 hour for no obvious reason. The bus was nice though. Comfortable seats, working AC but unfortunately to USB plugs and the reading lights didn't work.

Comfortable seats, helpful staff, and a reliable journey time. The roads were well paved so no difficulties there. It was a bit confusing at first knowing how to check in or whether it was necessary but using my own intuition I found a counter and got the tickets printed.

Really nice busdriver, Bus was on time, everything was good.

Quick and efficient. Cold AirCon. But the bus would beep horribly if the driver went to fast and the stop for restroom and snacks was much too short.

Bus broke down midway but a replacement bus was organized swiftly

The bus was ok... just feel a little bit strange when we arrive at the bus. Our number already been seated. The driver told us we can seat everywhere we want. But finnally we found out we are taking the wrong bus. It’s the officer at the boarding gate told us to get in that bus. I’ll already ask twice. When we arrive at Putrajaya, we just know that it’s the wrong bus. But the driver help ud to get in the next bus to our destination for free. Bus is recommended for clean smells good and AC is cold

Everything perfect!

I booked a more expensive ticket just for the comfort (wifi, snacks..) and well it didn't have anything, not even a USB plug to charge my phone. Plus, an unfriendly driver.

Bus very old and the space between sits very small. Driver didn’t respect the stop time, because announced 15 minutes and took 40 minutes to departure.

The first shift driver was smoking while driving. He smoked 3 times. In a/c vehicle that is bad for passengers.

Really nice ride! Smooth, comfortable, cheap, pretty quick. Remember to have cash on the bus stop (no atm nor card terminal)!

Comfy, clean. Only thing was it was a little late but the journey itself was easy

The bus in general was ok, nothing compared to aeroline though. However the bus driver was totally unfriendly! There was an old lady with havy luggage, he rather stood outside smoking then helping here getting into the bus. We even got out at the wrong station, cause we didn't know there are two stops in KL and the bus driver didn't even say which stop it was. He really delivered poor service, such a shame.

There was a delay for 3 hours (when the total trip should take around 5hours, I have spend 8 hours). That’s way to much
