Anonymous Nice bus but very behind schedule. Bus was clean and had plenty of room. Arrived over an hour late in Trebinje, the drivers then took a 20 minute break and the route wasn’t as advertised so the journey took over an hour longer than it should have, meaning in the end it was over 2 hours late to Tivat.

Anonymous Glad when it was over!!! Driver wasn't rude! Felt safe! Bus travel in this region is what it is - pretty rubbish! Our originally 4h40m (arrival 12.20pm) Kotor-Mostar journey was already updated with an extra 2 hours ahead of time. The bus was then at least an hour late. We arrived about 3pm. It was a busy bus. Lots of people getting on in Kotor didn't get to sit together. Luggage was chaos (seemed to be €1.50-3/piece but there was money and luggage tags flying all over the place!) Border crossing took about an hour and was fine. There was a toilet stop a bit after the border - you need a 50c coin (no toilet, or WiFi, on bus). At Kotor bus station you need to have paid a bus station tax and will also need a coin for the toilet.

Anonymous Trebinje to Kotor. Dodging the queue for the border. Bus was full so transferred to mini bus. It's heater was on the whole trip and was extremely hot!! Finally transferred back to bus and also very hot although the Aircon was working somewhat. Then we were transferred to another local bus which was fine - Aircon was normal and pleasant.

Anonymous Fast visa control. No seat reservation on a bus from Mostar to Herceg Novi. Passengers who board the bus in pairs or groups in Mostar are forced to search for seats throughout the bus and end up occupying empty seats in different rows (which turn out to be occupied by passengers who boarded at the previous stop and got off to stroll around Mostar bus station). As a result, the trip begins with a conflict between passengers.

No information along the way about new time schedule or new arrival time. We should be compensated for this delay. Not acceptable to be that late.

Anonymous Too Much Late According to Schedule…. Actually nothing but maybe driver profession. The bus arrived almost 1.5 hours late to the Ohrid station. There wasn’t any information both Ohrid Station and traveling. We waited with zero confidence, in addition, the staff of station left before us… So disappointed.

Anonymous Not a nice ride…. Be ready to pay the bus driver for every luggage 1.5 euros. The « 25 minute break » turned into a 75 minute break. The bus was absolutely scorching, while in 22 degree heat, it felt like 30 degreee inside the bus. Barely manageable.

Anonymous Behavior of driver. Comfortable and spacy leg-room. The driver and his assistant are rude, blocking all front 8 seats through out the journey for no reason, shouted at 2 passengers from trying to sit there. The driver demanded us to deposit small hand-carry bag into baggage compartment and to pay €1.50 which we rejected. The drivers should display friendly faces ,but they acted in a snobbish and Arrogant ways ! Bus came late, no apology, and arrived late.

Anonymous Doubles the price with a hoard of hidden fees total scam. The bus actually arrived. Doubled the price with hidden fees. First 0,7 eur to getbybus, then they refused to accept the digital ticket and demanded it printer at the station (a 2 eur fee) then the station required an entrance fee (1 eur), then they charged 1 eur for both the hold luggage and the carry on laptop (2 eur total). All off this on a 50 minute trip supposed to cost 5 euro. Bus was dirty all employes grumpy and none spoke english.

Anonymous I was almost left out because my name wasn't on CENTROTRANS' passengers list for my return, although it was purchased two way ticket. Thanks to a second driver, I was barely accepted on the bus. For my entire trip, I had to listen complains about my boarding. I have never ever experienced anything like that.

Anonymous Bien. Llegar. Tuvimos que pagar tasas extras, y nos lo dijeron cuando íbamos a subirnos al autobús después de hacer la fila, cuando previamente habíamos enseñado el billete en taquilla, y nunca cumplen los horarios, ni de recogida n ide llegada, de un trayecto de 2h se convirtió en 4h.

Anonymous For Trebijne station scheduled time was 10:10. Bus arrived to Trebijne bus station at 10:20 then driver get lost. We waited in bus for 1 hour. He came back at 11:20. Travelling by bus in Balkans terrible.

Anonymous The main driver had absolutely no concern for the passengers. The bus was comfortable and clean. The driver acted as if there were no passengers. He would just stop the bus and not say a word as to why or how long we would be stopped. 1st stop - 15 minutes after arriving on time, but leaving late was to buy beverages he could have bought at the station. 2nd - to gas up. 3rd - to wait for connecting passengers. 4th - an explained break at a bus station. 5th - for a wild fire. My complaint isn't that we made stopes, except for the beverages, but not being informed (exception #4). After a long stay on the side of the road, he just gets in, turns the bus around and starts driving back the way we came, NO EXPLANATION. This is not a language issue, but a lack of communication from the company representative. I am not upset about the response to the fire, but complete lack of information.

Anonymous From Kotor to Sarajevo/return. I traveled with my husband and 3 children. The bus was clean with Air Con. The driver made us feel very safe. Would definitely use this bus company to go again.

Anonymous Apart from the driver, quite good. Overall okay. Driver was not kind; very early useless stop (after 20mins); 1hr delay.
