The departure place was different (and not close by). The drive from sihanoukville was later without much information. We arrived 2 hours later in Phnom Penh and no reaction from their customer support.

Arrival 3h late, and the driver drop off in a different location than indicated in the voucher reservation. He takes lot of people, more than it can be possible to put in the van, so we was tight

Really smooth trip. Everything went as planned except that we did not arrive where we were supposed to arrive. (It was not a problem for us but could have been for some others).

Everything was puncutal and we even arrived 1 hours earlier. Bus is nothing special but comfortable. Only confusing was with the ferry, as there are 2 different ones running at the same time
