Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt: Pick ups in Hotel bis Ankunft in Kho Samui (insg 6,5h). Etwas mehr Zwischeninformation wäre schön gewesen, daher manchmal etwas verwirrend (wir dachten, wir fahren mit Van zur Fähre, wurden aber am Busbahnhof Krabi in einen Bus gesteckt).
It was only because I had read these reviews that I understood, and then explained to other passengers, that the minivan ride was just to the Krabi bus station, and there we transferred to a bus to get to the ferry. The bus driver put a wet rag on the floor at my feet to catch the rainwater that dripped in around the window. 😜
The best part of this service is not having to figure out the tickets and transfers - they basically (more or less) guide you through it to make it simpler. Definitely a smart money-making business! The only caveat is I turned down the advance payment for the service on Samui - do yourself a favor, and just do it. It ended up costing me the same thing anyway, and it took me a while to figure it out once I got there.
Everything went very smoothly - pick up from our hotel, drop off at the bus station, bus trip, ferry trip, and hotel drop off on the other side. All on time and there was little waiting between. An awesome service. Highly recommended.
We start with the 12 seater Mini Bus and then after about half an hour drive we've been transferred to a big couch. The Mini Bus was too small for all of us with all the bags but once you get to the 52 seats coach everything becomes much easy plenty of legroom, ice cold ac, reclining seats...there was also a USB charger but I couldn't use it. We also had a quick pit stop for about 10-15 minutes. Overall a good experience.
Driver talked on his cell phone literally the whole way and was not paying attention to the road or traffic at all, very unsafe! Multiple drivers and multiple transfers, and every one of them was very rude. It was like they were completely annoyed they had to deal with customers absolutely zero service quality. The bus was completely packed. Every seat was taken, and the luggage was stacked so high next to the driver at the front that you couldn’t see where you’re going.
