There was no information that we had to change from the van to a bus. The driver of the van kicked us out at the bus station and only after asking several times, he showed us the right counter of 12go. the rest of the trip went smoothly.

The trip was scheduled to artive at 16:30, but the ferry we were braught to was scheduled to arrive at 17:00. Not really bad but mildly annoying for the hotel pickup driver.
