Johanna VThere was no taxi at monkey forest en then it came really late. The driver says that 12Asia contacted him too late.
At the way back when we came back to the pier there was also no taxi to bring us back to ubud. When I contacted the number on the ticket finally a taxi came after more than an hour waiting.

75mariavarela Transport driver arrived promptly and got us to the port in about an hour. Main drawback was the 2-hour wait at the port for our ferry, which was on time, but it seems to be a thing to have everyone hanging around at the port for about that much time...weird.
That said, I was nervous about this service due to the lack of reviews but was very satisfied with the service!
