Excellent driver, knew everything about the destination and even helped us with a lot of information about the place. The service was hassle free and the vehicle was there even before we arrived. One thing which I did not like was the 12Go’s premium support, I paid extra amount for the same but the response time was pretty high

The price was really cheap as compared to the ones in the airport. The vehicle was well maintained and the driver was too good from all the aspects. Our hotel in Ninh Binh was quite difficult to find. He stayed with us for 30 minutes until we got down in the hotel.

It was a bit misleading because the shuttle stopped- and switched vehicles- 3 times before actually arriving at our destination. The stops ranged from 5 minutes to 30 minutes so it took a fair amount longer to get to our destination than advertised. The vehicles were fine/comfortable. Would recommend giving yourself extra time with all the vehicle changes
