Lisa DDelayed by an hour with no notice... this didn't bother me as much as the replacement vehicle was below the standard I had booked. No electric sockets, no WiFi and 4 seats per row not 3. The replacement vehicle also made mechanical grinding noises like it needed repairing and it was crowded.

Caroline MWe bought the ticket online and at the station we got a physical ticket. With that one, we were able to enter the gate area. The bus left Melaka on time and was nice and comfy. We arrived 20 min early in KL, so we had a really good experience.

Daniel The bus is confortable, but the driver was having a call almost all the way (it didn’t seemed I professional call) while driving fast 😅. Ok we arrived after 1h50 instead of 3h15 alive and it’s the most important 👍
