Staff was bit unattentive. Arrived 45mis late. Break stop on a 6 hour trip only took place 1hr away fron destination. This is inconsiderate to guests that need a comfort break to toilet. I found items from previous passengers in my seats that were not cleaned. Bus was dirty. Windows were unclean, seats and handles were not clean, and wiped. I dont know if the Tv screen worked. aircon was not as strong. Ciock time on the bus was even incorrect. They even missed the drop off of one of the passegers and had to turn around. Tea and coffee served only 45mins before leaving the bus. Bus smelt bad. This was a very different experience with Yuseller Aksaray Birlik who were amazing and well organised! Sorry but this is our honest feedback. Would have liked to give a good review but unfortunately our experience was not the best.
