Very smooth drive, all the way.
The paper works at the border went smooth as can be. I has e visa but there were about 20 passengers who did thru the bus service provider and by the time I was with my stamp, those group has already got there visa too.
Wifi all the way, goody bag and bottle of water when about to start the trip and lunch provided half way.

Very comfortable bus, nice drivers who helped us crossing the border. We were perfectly on schedule, not a second too late or early.
Tip: buy the VIP passes. They are worth the money and help you to cross tbe border very fast and easy.

Passable. Chauffeurs et organisateurs pas aimables, ne parlent pas anglais.
Départ 1am de Siem Reap, après 2h de route environ, attente de 2h à la frontière avec la Thaïlande car le poste frontière n’ouvre qu’à 6h.. Un organisateur nous explique en vitesse ce qu’on doit faire à la frontière, on prend toutes nos affaires, une fois les douanes passées on doit attendre que tous les passagers soit remontés dans le bus (ça peut prendre du temps). Ensuite le trajet jusqu’à Bangkok est long avec plein d’arrêt (on ne sait pas toujours pourquoi??) Arrivé dans le centre de Bangkok aux alentours de 1:30pm (et non 10am comme annoncé sur le site). Après négociations avec le chauffeur qui nous voulait pas, on se fait déposer en plein milieu des bouchons car nous avons un avion à prendre !!

The entire travel was smooth including the processess at the immigration of both borders. A travel mart employee guided and helped us pass through both Thai and Cambodian Immigrations.
The only downside for my opinion is the waiting area at Khao San (Mc Donalds), 1hour waiting time at a very busy street is not so convenient.

Очень неудобное место сбора для путешествующих: шумная улица с толпой людей и потом идти до автобуса 15 минут. В автобусе было дико холодно, не спасали и два пледа выданные персооналом.

Gut organisiert. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Auch an der Grenze zu Kambodscha wurde geholfen und erklärt, was zu tun ist bzw. wie man sich zu erhalten hat.
Negative Erfahrung hatten wir mit dem TukTuk Fahrer in Siem Reap. Er wurde vom Busunternehmen empfohlen - war aber ein sehr unangenehmer Fahrer.

Das Personal imBüro sehr unfreundlich und desintressiert. Der chauffeur verdient 5 sterne abgeneme fahrweise und sehr freundlich obwohl sein englisch sehr vegrentzt war konnte ich gut mit ihm kommunizieren

an sich hatte alles gut funktioniert, bis auf das ständige extreme Piepen sobald der Van >100 km/h gefahren ist. Das ist natürlich aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht zu beanstanden. Jedoch ist der Fahrer sehr oft zu schnell gefahren, so dass es in einen Dauerton resultierte und es teilweise unerträglich war. Trotzdem 4 Sterne da der Service wie beschrieben war. Es gab Wasser im Van, Gepäckgröße interessierte niemand und ca. 1 h eher am Ziel gewesen.

Всё отлично: много места, wi-fi, помощь сопровождающего... но есть 1 минус- нереально холодно!!! Ехали 9,5 часов. Я заболела, меня продуло ( в куртке и шарфе). Всё мерзли, не я одна. Непонятно зачем так морозить людей?

They ask people to arrive an hour before hand but turn up later than that. They could reduce the waiting time. However they were very good with their instructions and explanations and the bus was comfortable

3.ถามพนักงานตอนรถตู้ออกจากข้าวสารว่าลงที่ไหน ให้เขาพิมพ์โลเคชั่นลงกูเกิ้ลแมพ เลยบอกโรงแรมให้มารับจุดนั้น สรุปลงอีกที่ค่ะ ห่างไป 2.5 โล ทางกัมพูชาบอกว่าเปลี่ยนจุดลงนานแล้ว อันนั้นมันจุดเก่า

It’s a comfy bus with 2 & 1 seats row with Toilet, but some seats are too close (less gap for footrest) and some footrests were not working properly (need repair). Good staffs that taking care everything, including when crossing the border with the same bus (luggages stay in the bus). We missed our free TukTuk from hotel as the bus was >1 hour late, but the bus also provided free TukTuk to our hotel, which Chan To (TukTuk driver) is nice and offered us US$25 day trip ride to Angkor temple complex on the next day.

Seats are comfy and at the border they handle everything, when you pay a 7 dollar fee. ( if u have no e visa )

Comfortable bus. Wifi on board. Easy online booking. Professional assistance after booking, at meeting point, durong the trip, at the Cambodian border and arrival. We got a bottle of water too.
The bus had a toilette on board even if essential. The bus was a bit old but a good standard. Reclinable seats. Departure was 20 min after schedule and we had to pick up people at another location.

The bus journey from Bangkok was ok. Just four of us in a small air con bus. However when we got to the pier at 4.30 the driver just fell asleep with the engine running, no explanation. At 6 the door opened and a Thai said you can stay here and wait for the boat for 4 hrs with no toilets , food places or anything or come to my house and wait. She was very kind and gave us coffee and food then took us back to catch our ferry. She said this happens everyday and it’s very bad of the company not to tell you that the boat leaves at 10.30 because when you book it online you are told you get to the island at 10.10. If it wasn’t for the kind Thai who works for the travel Mary people would be left stranded. She refused to take any money for the food and drink so it all came from her own pocket. You are also told you are going by ferry but it was in fact a speed boat which was very rough..

We were not picked up at McDonald’s Khao San even though it was clearly stated in the booking. When I informed the man inside the TM office, he just said “Its okay.” Not even a sorry or an explanation. If we did not decide to walk for 5 minutes (with all our luggage) to the TM office, we would not be able to get to the bus in time. It greatly affected our experience because we took the 1am-10am trip. We got to Siem Reap late too even though we started our trip on time.

Went from Bangkok to Siem Reap. The bus had 3 seats in a row, so was a large, spacious seat. The chair reclined and had a foot rest too. The staff spoke great English and were helpful. Also got free water and WiFi on board (only worked in Thailand).

12go is a fantasy company that really tries their best. i got hooked up with a great travel company and even got to take the large vip bus instead of a minibus, for no extra charge. Thai transportation can be wild but 12go makes it easy for me every time

The staff was nice, helpfull. They give us free water and snack. There were a launch break with cheap and good food. They had wifi, AC and toilet on the bus. They helped with the border crossing, but they didn't force it. Its absolutly 5 star!

Pünktlich abgefahren, insgesamt eine Stunde später als angegeben angekommen - man weiss halt nie, wie lange man am border aufgehalten wird ;) die haben wahrscheinlich noch was dazu verdient als sie sich um alles künmersten und 10$ mehr dafür verlangten.. aber wenigstens mussten wir uns nicht damit rumschlagen wie wo was ;))
Mitarbeiter eigentlich ziemlich nett, Abholung an der Kaosan Road reibungslos abgelaufen.. einzig, was ich verbessern würde dabei: 1. eine gültige Tel-Nr angeben (unser Taxifahrer konnte sie so nicht erreichen) und 2. im allgemeinen einen etwas klareren Treffpunkt auswählen..
im Bus haben wir dann noch je eine Flasche Wasser und 2 Snacks erhalten..
fazit: für den Preis eigentlich tip top :)

Bus is a little old but hey I've never been on a new tour bus ;)
Protip: get your Cambodia evisa before you leave. Makes crossing the boarder way easier.

they met us in front of Mc Donalds in KHao San Road, as the coordinates said it would be. They were well organized at the board, even tought they charged 10 dollars extra for this. My seat was completely lose, this was super dangerous, and this is why I give 1 star less, because I only realized it when the driver had to break and I fell down together with the seat, even tought I was using the seat belt. In general a good company.

As far as bus trips go, this was one of the better ones I've had. Complimentary water and a snack. Decent aircon all the way. Our conductor from Bangkok to Poipet was awesome. Give that man a raise. My only gripe is that the WIFI only works in Thailand, but I guess we can't have it all. If I ever travel that route again I'd go with the same crew. Oh, when you get to Cambodia, the "free" drop off isn't really free. Just get the Grab app and sort your own transport out to your hotel of BnB or whatever.

Perfect! excellent trip, we did not have to worry about anything, it was all very fast. On the way, they explain that you have to pay the visa (30usd) and they charge an extra 10usd to make the visa express. but they give you the option to do it by yourself and only pay 30usd. They give you water, cookies, the bathroom works and has wifi only in the part of Thailand, I mean, most of the trip. recommended!
