Booking and boarding etc went smoothly, but given the ticket price, I'm not too impressed with the quality of the vessels maintenance. Aircon didn't work well, and the whole trip was stuffy and sweaty. Also, the smell of stale vomit was prominent where we were sat, so we moved. We mentioned this to staff but nothing came of it. I don't think I could recommend this trip, especially on crowded sailings. As it was, ours was about a third full.

If tickets were purchased through 12go.asia, than meet directly at the Pier for check-in and luggage security check. There is no bathroom or air condition at the pier, so be prepared if you check-in too early. My group checked-in about 30 minutes from departure time. We departed about 15 minutes late. Business class deck was very rocky in upper deck. I'd recommend purchasing the economy class deck because it is lower and will have less rocking back and forth.

The trip is worth taking as you save a lot of time.
Very good and organized Ferry, clean and staff are very friendly and co-operative..
The only suggestion is in the toilets..
It should also have handle to hold when you are in..
Otherwise it's highly recommended..

Wenn man den Fußmarsch unberücksichtigt lässt, einfachste Lösung um nach Hua Hin zu kommen.
Check-in war easy und auch der Tausch der ursprünglich geplanten Fähre auf eine funktionierende War einfach nur unsere Reservierten Plätze gäbe es nicht mehr!
Aber die Neuvergabe war auch Easy und berücksichtigte auch die Wünsche meiner Partnerin. Alles gut!!

Habe in Deutschland schon bezahlt. Wollten nochmal Bezahlung. Also alles mitnehmen das man schon bezahlt hat. Hat dann auch geklappt. Fahrt war gut . Unbedingt Business Klasse buchen

Due to the high winds the water was incredibly rough which made the crossing uncomfortable, 3hours 20 mins start to finish. Nobody’s fault but an unpleasant passenger experience compared to a calm day.

Very comfortable. Staff helpful but boat left Hua Hin approximately 30 minutes late and arrived at Pattaya 50 minutes late even though the sea was very calm and no wind. It is a long pier in Pattaya with no help for the elderly. We are over 70.

Very convenient trip, saving you a lot of time. The crew are all very professional and friendly and the ferry is in excellent condition.

I don't think it's good service to allow a ferry to operate with broken air-conditioning. The doors are not permitted to be opened during the trip. So it was like a sauna inside. I saw two people get sick. Additionally, there should be an air-conditioned holding area at the Hua Hin pier. They ask that people arrive an hour before, but you just sit in the heat. There is a roof to cover you, but it was exceedingly hot the day I traveled. This ferry is an excellent idea, but with one scheduled trip a day, these are minimal service requests that lesser-developed countries have. This shouldn't be too hard to accomplish.

Trip everything fine, only concern was Chinese passenger coughing his wife moved him to front of boat. She went back to the rear, he took off mask and coughed all the way to Hua hin

Outstanding to have this option!! 2 hours from Hua Hin to Pattaya is Buddha sent. Excellent service, excellent crossing, polite and professional crew. Paid small premium for upper deck which was very comfortable and with only a few other passengers. No motion sickness as I was led to believe before booking.....My wife enjoyed it immensely having never experienced anything like it before. Well done everyone, it will be my preferred mode of travel every time in the future.
