Having booked an slotted time and arrived some two hours prior, we were given a time of 5.20pm to leave the airport for Pattaya we were asked to meet some 10 minutes before time so we could proceed to the bus, which we were happy with.
We arrived 15 minutes before time and escorted to the bus where an extremely rude female attendant shouted at us and told us we were late for the 5pm bus, which was not true. We attempted to reason with her, but she persisted in shouting at us and at one point physically took hold of me. I had to pull her from me and I went to the office to complain. After a radio call to her I returned and we were escorted to a seat. This lady, sorry woman was a disgrace and has no customer handling experience.
To make things worse at the end of our journey, we stopped at a bust stop which was marked Pattaya North, where there were a number of motorcycles and the pickup taxis.
We were told this is where we to be dropped off and transferred to our nearby hotel which was a short distance away.
We were approached by the pick up driver and we asked for a price to the hotel. He said he wanted 300 bhat which was only slightly less than our fare for two people from Bangkok. I refused but he was persistent and kept badgering us to go with him. We checked with ‘grab’ and the price was only 90 baht. We ordered the grab car but the man persisted and kept dropping the price until he reached 200. Again we refused.
When the grab arrived him and another were aggressive and intimidating to the grab driver telling us that ‘grab’ was illegal. They forced him to leave.
We walked away from the bus stop, but the pick up driver continued to follow and hassle us until we sat down and he left.
We ordered another grab and paid the 90 bhat. The whole experience from the start of our journey to our final destination was awful. The bus was very cold and uncomfortable.
I would reflect on using this service again and I will report this to the tourist Police. This gives a very bad impression of Thailand and it’s wonderful people.

Great service. We were scheduled on the 12pm bus but being there earlier, we were offered two seats on the 11am bus, giving us extra time at the airport. The booking process is easy. Buses have air con, big comfy, reclining seats. Set off and arrived on time.

ลืมโทรศัพท์ไว้ในรถ จากหัวหินไปสุวรรณภูมิ แต่รถต้องไปส่งถึงพัทยา ตอนแรกจะให้เราไปรับที่พัทยา บ่ายเบี่ยงต่างๆ แต่เราก็ขอให้มาฝากไว้กับรถจากพัทยามาสุวรรณภูมิได้ไหม ก็โอเคค่ะ สามารถมารับโทรศัพท์ที่ลืมในรถที่สุวรรณภูมิได้ ก็ยังดีกว่าให้เราไปรับพัทยา

I purchased my Hua Hin to Bangkok coach tickets online with ease. Recieved my voucher immediately to my email, presented to the ticket window at the station and she already had my ticket ready to board. The entire process was streamlined and perfect, and the coach was very comfy as well and arrived Bangkok almost an hour early which was pretty cool!

The trip to airport was great with god driver and excellent bus.
The trip from city to new busstation is a bit long. My tuk tuk driver demanded 300 baht, or almost same price as the bustickey. This is overpricing and you should stop this praksis somehow.

The good things: 1. I could change my voucher in the tickert with no problem. 2. Bus trip was on time and we had a quick transfer in the early morning. Only 2 hours from Pattaya to BKK.
Things to improve: 1. In the bus it was way to cold. The air-conditioning was simply to much. 2. The was a contant and loud "Beep-Tone" in the drivers area. Nobody got to know what it was about and the driver didn´t care. Especially disturbing when you sit in the front. 3. Nobody checked the correct use of face-masks. Some customers didn´t care of all. 4. Nobody used seat-belts. 5. Compared e.g. to the modern Airport Buses from Jomtien, the bus made a general old and uncomfortable impression. But still just acceptable.

We were two people togeather traveling my baggage was 2 kgs extra my friend baggage was 6 kg lesser I requested the females present there that I will transfer some weight into the other lesser one but she harshly rejected and collected 50 baths unnecessarily when two passengers can carry 40 kgs why this forcible act please take a note if it would have been my country I would have shown those females stars in day light

Printed the ticket. But still got a boardingpass at the terminal.
Arrived hour early at terminal, and was asked if i would like to take a bus sooner. So left an hout earlier.
The seating numbers could have been better visable, they was on the backside of the seats, overhead like in plane would have been better.
Seats were a little tight specially for the bigger/taller european men.
Bus left nice on time, driving was good, Arrived well within the 3 hours that was mentioned on the booking.
I would suggest booking extra seat so have a little moving space during the trip.
Overall i was satisfied with it

I paid a 100 baths for a premium service but the persons in the bus were a bit agressive against the travellers. Most of them are foreigners but we had no information in english.
Very disapointed.
