No está mal, es viejo y un poco incómodo, pero puntual, raro en Tailandia, y cumple con lo acordado, es verdad que viajamos en septiembre, temporada baja, pero llegamos en hora. Eso sí compartimos barco con una excursión, es como si fuera un tour para otros, lo venden así, nosotros compramos solo billete de ida a PhiPhi

The driver came to our hotel on time. But he was unpleasant. He was shouting things and throw hard passanger's backpacks at the rear of the vehicle. The boat was very crowded and also it got in a hour late to Koh Phi Phi pier.

The car arrived at 12:30, 15 minutes late. It was a shabby van but it did the job and got us to the pier on time where everything was organized as the cruise line already knew to expect us. The ferry is in great shape and a pleasant way to travel between Phi Phi and Phuket. I would book this service over again. I am rating it 4 stars only because the quality of the van could be improved. But it is a great value for money.

The ferry was great. There was a surprise stop at Phi Phi island where you had to pay 20 baht then, wait 4 hours (off the boat, can enjoy the beach and restaraunts) until the ferry for Krabi arrived. This wasn't mentioned in the itinerary, but I suppose if you have to have a surprise stopover it might as well be on Phi Phi Island.

Der Fahrer wartete am internationalen Flughafen und nicht so wie vereinbart am domestic Airport. ( Meeting Point laut Voucher und Auskunft der Hotline) Nachdem ich bei der Hotline angerufen habe kam der Fahrer mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung. Es war ziemlich knapp die Fähre noch zu erreichen. Aber die Fähre hat gewartet.

I did not make this trip because my travel dates changed. I tried to get the ticket refunded 10 days before departure but impossible because the application did not work, even several times, too bad 😅

Due to other boats, there was a delay in our departure. This was unavoidable because there were a lot of other companies.
If your weight is above a healthy level, I wouldn’t recommend taking this boat because the seats are quite small. They are similar to racing car seats.

Check in was really easy, we left half an our late but it was fine. AC was perfectly working, seats were comfy, you can get drinks on board and even go outside

Started 30 minutes off but it was ok.
Enough space for big luggage, even though it’s hard to spot at first, where you can store it. The air conditioner is way to cold of you’re unfortunate enough to sit in the rows before it. Toilet was fine.

Everything was fine except for the English of the Captain who was telling us about the islands and what to do when. He was really hard to understand and the speaker was so loud that it hurt my ear.

There was extreme weather and the boat should have been cancelled.
Operator provided some help in distributing pills at beginning, puke bags and collecting them and some kind of scent.
A large percentage of the people vomitted.
Also 3 people had to sit on the ground although they had a ticket.

They are a caring and genuine crew. They provided extra help boarding and disembarking as I was using a cane. In board, everything was arranged for transportation from the pier to the hotel. It all went smoothly.

Transfer was on time (8am Phuket town) and ferry departure was a little bit late but smooth and comfortable (free water and sea sickness pills). Definitely I would recommend travel with this company.

I forgot by baggage bcz I thought they have checkin like at the airport , but Sam was extremely fast getting it back with the next ferry. The Phi Phi cruiser Rose is a pearl .

It was a nice trip. The boat is big so it's not affected very much from the waves. It was a bit slow though. A pleasant experience i would say.

Cruiser Phi Phi is a good option, especially for family with old people and children. It's a 3 deck ship so it's not turbulent at all.
It's well organized from the welcome-on-board to the exit.
However, it will take long travel time (seem like it combines with people going 1 day tour as well). It stops in front of Maya Bay and share some information about it (seems like for the day trip tourists) however, you can not hear anything at all. Due to this (addition to the 30 minutes late departure), we arrive Koh Phi Phi at 11.30am (planned departure 8.30).
Conclusion, if you go with big families, this is still an appropriate option. I recommend.
