Baggage limit is a problem as most tourists who come this far travel for a longer time and have over 15 kg.
We had backpacks which are carry on size in North America and "light" traveller but are too much for Nok Air.

Отлично. Тайцы очень приветливые, даже на контроле. Лучше не брать с собой на борт ни какую жидкость. Свои правила на ввоз, не хотела выбрасывать солнцезащитный спрей объемом 200 ml, вернулась и сдала в багаж.

El vuelo estuvo bien, pero por error espere el Checkin de Air Asia, por lo que llegue tarde a la aerolinea correspondiente, el staff fue poco amable al no entender que necesitaba enviar mi mochila por bodega, donde me dicen que puedo abordar yo pero no la mochila (absurdo), despues de reclamar un rato hicieron la excepción...

Самолет летел хорошо, быстро, без болтанки. Пилот красавец - взлет прям резкий, как на истребителе, когда было что показать внизу, закладывал виражи, чтобы пассажиры с обоих бортов полюбовались. Сел четко, еле шелохнулись. Все, что предлагают в полете - за деньги, даже воду. Имейте ввиду.

Der Airport ist klein - pro Tag 2 Flüge. Check in 1 h vorher ist vollkommen ausreichend. Wir waren erstaunt, dass der Flieger mit 72 Plätzen fast ausgebucht war. Der Flug war aus meiner Sicht jedoch überteuert.

Everything went well, but I had to pay extra 2000 Baht for one luggage. In my booking it was included for several routes or a much lower price for all other routes. But at the airport they told me that nothig is in their system, I have to pay. Some other tourists had the same problem. Seems not to be the only case.

First we booked via 12go.Asia, to book the luggage it was not possible through the website. I contacted support, they answer me but not my question, just a standard answer automated probably. Three times I had to ask my (simple) question.
Finally I received a telephone number to call, nok numbers on website were not reachable, finally I could book luggage by telephone.
Flight was 2 hours delayed due to operational issues,
