sehr bequeme und verstellbare Sitze (Rückenteil und Fussteil), es gab ein Kissen und eine Decke. Außerdem Wasser, Saft und einen kleinen Snack im Bus. Während der Fahrt machten wir einen Stop und bekamen auch eine warme Mahlzeit. Mehr Platz als in jedem Flieger also nur zu empfehlen.

Punctual departure and arrival.. reclining seats were ok but not fantastic - more suited to 5 ft Thais than 6 ft brits. Info about dutration of stops would have been nice - hard to know if there was time for a toilet break when we stopped in the middle of the night. But generally a good service at a good price.

Begleitung sprach kein Englisch bzw keine Durchsage auf Englisch. Würden in Ranong aus dem Schlaf in Eile aus dem Bus geschmissen!

Bus ponctuel, confortable propre, personnel agréable et souriant. RAS seul petit bémol peut être : arrivée à l heure à Ranong mais pas d explications sur les arrêts. Valises bien gardées aucun souci de vol.

I had a very pleasant journey from BKK to Ranong. Booked the 32 VIP as the 24 was booked out. Despite some reviews of the AC being to cold it was just a pleasant temperature for me.

Ungewissheit am Busbahnhof, da niemand wusste wo der Bus abfährt.
Fußstütze war defekt und konnte nicht ganz hoch gestellt werden. Schlafen fiel dementsprechend schwer.
Snack fiel sehr bescheiden aus. Ein kleines süßes Teilchen und ein Wasser.
Betreuerin war sehr unfreundlich, hatte ihren Fuß ständig auf meiner Armlehne ... :-( nicht gerade angehem.
Highlight der Fahrt war, dass wir mitten in Bangkok rausgelassen wurden statt am Southern Terminal. Anscheinend hatten wir dort kurz gehalten, aber niemand wusste davon, da jeder geschlafen hat ...

Бронирование оцениваю на отлично. Комиссия минимальная. Выбрали одни из самых лучших мест в автобусе на первом ряду.
Сервис перевозчика ужасный. Индивидуальные лампочки освещения все не работают. Кормят химической отравой. На ночном прямом рейсе Бангкок-Ранонг VIP 24 было много непонятных остановок во время которых постоянно включали все яркое освещение и будили всех. Стафф курил прямо возле дверей автобуса и все тянуло в салон, даже на заправке. Во время движения стафф громко часами разговаривал мешая спать. Приехали невыспавшиеся, уставшие.

Very nice people at the ticket office. / Woman on the bus did not speak English. Food is not great (sweet bread and muffin) and it was (as usual in hot countries) a bit chilli on the bus but with the blanket it was ok. Easy booking and very helpful people!

Please don't turn on all the lights during every stop. IT is a night Bus, so most poeple want to sleep.
The seats, espacially the footrest, is to short for europeans, but that will never change. ;-)

Leg room was amazing, you have a good meter if not 1.5m in front of you, so you can properly recline your seat, almost horizontally. You get a blanket, a small pillow, a bottle of water and a small pack of snacks. The bus is a bit run down, but nothing dramatic. The weird thing is the stop in the middle of the night at a 24hours restaurant (it was around 12am/1am), where you don't realise how long you have, if you have time for getting food, and it's a bit stressful. Having a sandwich ready with you will make it easier I reckon.

No information about any stops in between and the length of it and about the arrival time. I nearly missed the boat to the Islands.
A bit more conversation between staff and costumers was great! The luggage was handled very rude.

Trip to Ranong from Bangkok was very smooth, comfortable seat, little snack, juice and water, the only flaw that almost ruined it was a water leak it started raining about halfway there and I woke up cause I got rained on. Luckily the bus wasn't full so I switched seat. Thank you for bringing me safe and sound to destination.

Unfriendly crew, no service on board, defunct safety belts, defunct toilet, busdriver smoking in the cabin, too many stops, noisily talking crew prevented us from sleeping. No free meal. The only positive: We arrived safely after all and in time. Don't book at Newmits Tours, others offer better service

we use 12go via niomit every year. Good service, friendly stuff, usefull information from 12go. Traveling in asia sometimes tricky but everytimes it works because Thai staff find suitable solutions.

The bus driver is good-driving and arrive Ranong earlier than estimated. However, seats are not clean and the air-condition is not strong enough.
It should be more well-prepared to become a good selection.

Hey hey ... i am a bit confused. The Lady at the southern Bus Terminal says to me that i had booked for 4 persons... and i think thats the Tessin while i payed around 30€ for the onewayticket... my voucher says 2 persons, ne and my daughter... it will be very nice if you can give me a groupon for the way back from ranong to Bangkok...please let me know if its possible... big greets from kho phayam , Rhiana Riechers

Better than I expected. I would have preferred the stops to be announced when we stop for a toilet break or at our destination! Also I think if the company was to provide dried fruits instead of an artifical baked bun they might get more people enjoying the offer. Can their not be water refills instead of plastic bottles. I know how Thailand are trying to reduce plastic waste. Thank you!

The bus driver was good we felt safe but the bus was a disaster. The first couple of hours were okay and then they turned the aircon off/down and it got HOT, smelly and extremely stuffy. The air was wet and no chance to open windows or to ask driver to turn the air con back on as they are separated from the passengers. At one stage I had water dripping constantly into my from one of the curtains, goodness knows where that was coming from... we were in the older bus and I’m sure if you’re in the new one it’s okay, but this was awful.

A normal bus experience! Free pillow, blanket, water and snack. Toilet on board although I didn't use it. Bus driver doesn't speak English so make sure you know where to get off the bus! also yes, they drive fast but if you're asleep then no worries :p!
