We had to pay 300THB on top of the 12go ticket for the transfer between the train station and the ferry.
Ferry was very warm and humid inside.

Can’t fault the staff on the boat however it was an hour late arriving. Also expect to be sick if the sea is choppy as about 50% of people on board was. (Including myself)

The Drop off in Krabi is the Lomprayah Office.
The Office lies in an area where literally nobody wants to go. They don't drive to Krabi town nor to ao nang. Instead they offer a service to take you to your hostel for an additional 100tbh. Feels like a rip off

Katamaran je bio brz ali poslije bus je bio spor pa smo kasnili 2 sata. Bus stariji i baš ne ugodan ali je bilo mjesta da se premjesti pa se ima 2 mjesta. I naravno klima kao i svuda u Tajlandu, treba jakna i čarape 😁

The bus and the boat were both on time. The bus is extremely comfortable but the trip is overall very long, with a lot of waiting (for the bot once you reach the pier and then in Koh Thao to board other passengers).

Parfait !
Bus à l’heure, trajet très confortable avec beaucoup de places ! Possibilité d’incliner le siège +++ et de remonter un petit peu les jambes. Distribution d’eau et de couverture.
Arrivée au ferry vers 5h30 et embarcation à 7h (temps de se prendre un petit café et de profiter du lever du soleil sur le ponton).
Attention : 20 bath pour entrer sur Koh tao / personne

El ferry salió tarde de Koh Tao porque había muchísima gente en las colas de las taquillas. A pesar de tener comprado el billete por internet hay que ir a taquilla a canjearlo.
Al llegar a Samui es otro jaleo para coger los minivans para ir al aeropuerto. Cuando estabamos esperando nos dijeron que el servicio había terminado. Salimos fuera, estaba el personal allí y de malas maneras conseguimos que nos vendieran el ticket para la minivan. El trato del personal es bastante mejorable.

La traversée en bateau s’est très bien passée malgré 1h de retard au départ ,et prévenu 45 minutes avant le départ initial et le bus très bien aussi mais il faut tout de même compter 1h de bateau et 5h de bus !!!! Chauffeur de bus très sympa !

The boat was convenient, but half hout late. Another trip with this company we were put in a ferry instead of a speedboat without any notice, which took us 1,5 hours more traveling time!. When we tried to deal with this the personal was rude and didn’t listen at all.

Retraso de una hora. Salimos a 10'39h cuando la hora era a 9'30h. Mucho caos al subir a bordo de la embarcación. Aunque teníamos la reserva en PDF tuvimos que hacer cola para hacer el check in. Falta organización para optimizar los tiempos.

The boat was delayed three hours! The staff on the boat also had no idea where to go, in the first instance we were told to transfer in Koh Phangan, then we had to change again in Koh Samui. Because of all the hassle we would miss the taxi we booked separately. Contacted 12GoAsia by email and they were fantastic! they informed the taxi driver that we were late and when we got there three hours later than agreed, the driver was just waiting for us! really great!

I had no problems with the Lomprayah service. What I did find intriguing though is that following my original confirmation from 12GO which stated a 8am departure I subsequently received an email from 12GO on 19 June. This email was received on 19 June and advised a change in departure time to 7am. This email also stated and I quote "as you required" when the fact of the matter is I required nothing. I think 12GO should amend its wording so as not to accuse a customer of requesting amendments. Just saying. Regards.

The operator informed me on the day that the ferry was 15mins late. It was supposed to leave at 12.30pm. It didn't leave til 1.15pm! When it arrived at Bang rak pier, we had to wait another 15 mins while the crew unloaded the suitcases. I didn't have a suitcase so, it was quite frustrating.

Good service. Appreciate the fact that you did not argue too long about the fact that I did not want the COVID insurance and made steps to reimburse. Understand however that the site is also made in a way where you could easily commit to the insurance if not paying attention

1x Zug und 3 x Fähre gebucht bei 12go asia alles super Ticket pünktlich erhalten oder wurden laut info von 12go asia am Pier hinterlegt.
An alle Reisende die eine Bewertung abgeben für 12go. Wie oft zu lesen. Es ist ein Ticketportal und kein Reise Unternehmen. Wenn ein Zug Verspätung oder der Bus kaputte Stühle hat, dann ist es doch nicht die Schuld von 12go

The ferry / boat transfer was old and.. the transfer arrangements were not clear until the very last minute what was happening.. the operator.. called for 5 pax to Koh Phangan... It wasn't indicated that it would be a shared boat transfer.
