Incumplidos. Las sillas son cómodas , con aire y puedes cargar el móvil. Estuvimos esperando 40 min en la terminal de Nápoles el último bus a Roma. No llego ninguna información acerca del retraso o si se había cancelado el viaje. No había personal en la estación que nos pudiera ayudar debido a que era última hora del día. La página de internet no funcionaba y si intentabas llamar se colgaba solo. Una experiencia. Cuando llegó el conductor no dio ninguna explicación o pidió disculpas. Además, los baños no se podían utilizar estaban realmente asquerosos.

Ljubljana - Trst. Autobus je bio na vrijeme, stigla sam 15min prije polaska i već je bio na stanici. Imala sam veliki kufer i pošto je autobus na kat morala sam ga sama ubaciti u povišeni pretinac za kufere, šofer se nije ni ponudio da ga on ubaci..

POSITIVA. È piacevole viaggiare con MAURIZIO E ALESSANDRO.. sono persone molto disponibili con i passeggeri e anche se abbiamo un'ora e mezza di ritardo ci fanno passare queste ore facendoci ridere..

Viaggio da incubo. Viaggio da incubo, zero risarcimento. Ho viaggiato con mio figlio il 27/4/24 da Bologna a Torino, bus 3802 (codice biglietto MIUNP4). Poco prima di Milano il bus ha avuto un guasto elettrico che ha richiesto intervento manutentivo. Dopo quasi 2 ore di attesa sotto la pioggia, in attesa dei tecnici, abbiamo deciso di prendere il bus successivo 2804 di Itabus (cod. biglietto J3OE2U), arrivando a Torino alle 21:40, anziché le 19:10 previste col bus originario. Due ore e mezza di ritardo su 5h di viaggio. 80 Euro spesi (60 il primo, 20 il secondo). Ed Itabus, nonostante 3 reclami, ci ha solo "omaggiato" del 20% di sconto su un prossimo viaggio. Che ovviamente non ci sarà. Bel modo di trattare i clienti a fronte dei disagi e di un evidente disservizio che poteva anche creare problemi di sicurezza: siamo stati oltre 5' chiusi nel bus senza aria condizionata e con i finestrini sigillati all'arrivo a Milano in quanto non si aprivano le porte a causa del guasto elettrico. Ah, poi sull'App ho visto che il bus danneggiato poi è arrivato a destinazione con 4h di ritardo. Povero chi è rimasto a bordo.

AUTISTA PESSIMO. Questa mattina 24/10/2023 stavo per prendere il bus, l'autista napoletano osserva il monopattino e con grande maleducazione inizia a usare modi scortesi facendomi capire che il monopattino non poteva viaggiare. La cortesia viene prima di tutto. Solo la guida, fluida e senza frenate brusche. Tratta Napoli-Milano. Autista scortese. Essendo minuta ho avuto difficoltà ad alzare il trolley per metterlo nel portabagagli che è posto in alto. Ho chiesto gentilmente all'autista se potesse aiutarmi perché proprio non ce la facevo ad alzarlo da sola. Ha rifiutato dicendo di non potere perché si sarebbe potuto strappare la schiena. È rimasto indifferente a guardare. Le parole "umanità" o anche solo "galanteria" non sono proprio contemplate nel suo dizionario. Assistente quasi scortese come l'autista: una parola è poca, due sono troppe. Prese usb e corrente non funzionanti. Ritardo di un'ora.

Bellissimo viaggio. Non conoscevo questa linea, è la prima volta è penso che la prenderò spesso. Il prezzo ottimo! Percorrenza viaggio ottima e confortevole. Puntualità perfetta! Personale gentile e molto simpatico. L'unica cosa negativa, per uno che prende il bus la prima volta, la mancata presenza della segnalazione del bus alla fermata. Indicazione mancante della compagnia alla fermata del bus.

Gita culturale a Padova. È stata una bellissima giornata iniziata con la visita dei musei eremitami, la cappella degli Scrovegni, poi tour a piedi x le strade di Padova. In conclusione la visita della basilica di San Antonio Abate. Meravigliosa.

À refaire. La conduite du chauffeur La courtoisie de l’aide chauffeur Le wifi impeccable. La déclaration suite à l’oubli du sac à dos de mon fils, le mardi 16 août 2022, sur la ligne 2704, en partance pour Venise, restée sans suite à ce jour ( mercredi 17aout 2022). Les coordonnées téléphoniques ne sont pas disponibles pour un échange. Relance par mail, avec encore une réponse automatique. Espère avoir un retour d’ici à jeudi 18 août.
