Bus left 30min late. They provide a planket, small bottle of water and some sugary snacks on the way. Massasing chairs were nice and comfy. It is silly to make a food stop after 2 o'clock at night, because people are sleeping and it is unhealty to stuff your stomach at late hours. Ginger chicken with rice was cold, and the chicken hard to chew. Otherwise a smooth ride.

Barely able to communicate since the staff speak no English.
The bathroom door was broken and kept opening all night to deliver a lovely smell to the lower deck..
At some point (I guess around 3 am - when all the passengers were sleeping) the driver allowed himself to turn off the air conditioning.
The attendant argued with him about after my repeated requests, but nothing changed, I just moved to the upper deck, where the AC was still on.
Actually got to Bangkok too early.. it's said around 7 am, and at 5 am you're just kind of stuck, waiting for the train, really tired.
All I can say is that on the way to Chiang Mai it was the same price, a different company and a much better experience.

Bus continually stopped. Once so the driver could go to get some street food. A gang of youths was let on about 20 minuets into the joirney and were hid at the deont and back of the coach (not on seats, on the floor) then the driver stopped at 3 random locations at the side of the road to let them off. Felt very unsafe

As a foreigner, you need to be prepared for hypercrowded station where no one speaks English and is not easy to find where to get your tickets from. The bus was not at the gate shown on the ticket but we were lucky enough to catch it anyway (just asking to other passengers around us). The trip was fairly comfortable, although air conditioning was very cold and the bathroom was disgusting and therefore unapproachable.

The bus was ok. It was a day/night with a lot of heavy rain. The rain came down trough the window on my seat. Also the door to the toilet couldn't close well, so there was a nasty smell almost the whole trip. Even though we had an hour delay, the bus drove quickly and we arrived on time.

Nous avons décidez avec ma femme prendre un VIP bus pour le comfort. Le bus est arrivé avec ½ h de retard et puis c‘était pas celui des photos. Le bus était vieux et sale. A 2h du matin arrêt pipi et à notre grande surprise changement de bus sans nous avertir. Le même encore plus sale. Le trajet de 11h avec de muti arrêt pour déposer et prendre des gens un peu partout. Nous encore payé online 50 Bath pour un service +. Rien de tout ça. Une bouteille d‘eau pour tout le voyage et fini. Conseille, prenez une agence et regardé bien le bus que vous réservé. Le service online spécifie bien après avoir payé qu‘il pourrais y avoir de PETIT changement. Bon voyage

Its a bit uncomfortable because the seat is a bit too tight for westerners body, i guess it is designed for asian smaller body build, but nevertheless the toilet is clean the ride was smooth from 10 hour ride i manage to get 8 hour sleep.

Left the bus station 1 hour too late, arrived in Chiang Mai 2 and a half hours too late. Do not book the first row downstairs, it's impossible to sit or sleep there. Friendly staff and a safe trip though.

bus tres bruyant,et sieges tres tres durs.
le bus s'arrte tout le temps au milieu de nulle part.
et,en plus, mon gros poussah de voisin onflait comme une locomotived,mais ca ce n'est votre faute.
et,probleme dans toute cette belle thailande ,absolument aucune indication en Anglais pour trouver la Cie a l'embarquement.
La reservation est integalement en Anglais que presque personne ne comprend.
Merci de double le nom de la Cie en Thai,car j'ai mis 1/2 heure a trouver la mienne.
Je prendrais un bus plus moelleux la prochaine fois/
12Go irreprochable,a part cette reservation dans une langue pratiquement inconnue en Thailande,,sauf dans les tres grandes villes.

Easy to buy the tickets online; pretty difficult to figure out which kiosk to pick them up from at Mo Chit station, but some nice locals pointed us in the right direction. Seats were roomy and comfortable and reclined farther back than on some other buses we'd taken. Apart from one or two moments when a nasty smell briefly wafted out from the toilets, we found the bus clean, comfortable and pleasant.

The bus was late. There are only 4 movies and none is in English. I had the seat in front of the window. Very good with leg room but I had the knees of the man behind me in my back most of the night. Poor other passenger. Why is that bus so cold? I know and had my sleeping bag plus a jacket so it was ok. But what about 21 degrees and not freezing???
Staff was professional and friendly! The bus was clean and looked good. Sometimes even the wifi was working.
Would take the same bus again!

Overall the tour was great. The bus was extra comfy, with blankets, headrests, leg rests and arm rests. Seats were also good. We paid 990 bhat to travel from Mochit to Chiangrai in the Luxury bus. The cost was high, we could have booked a VIP bus. But, as it was the end of the year of 2023, we didn't have much options. Anyway, the bus was very comfy and we didn't feel the usual body pains after the journey. The bus had enough stops to have coffees, snacks etc. Even we were provided with a small sponge cake and a bottle of water at the start of the journey. But the bus was not in time. Although it has to leave from Mochit at 18:15, the bus left after about a delay of one hour. And the delay was there for the entire journey.
Overall the journey was good, the operator and the bus attendant were also good.

The ViP of Budasakan is not comfortable than Sombat tour while price difference is only 100 baht.. Some seats are out of function. Operators can't understand English. The rest camp in midnight is dirty. Food are careless items. If you need to gett off for your desire destination, the operator and driver will not welcome even they waisted of time of the whole trip and delay of arriving. I'm sure that I will not choose
these tour next time when I travelling.

Buss departed 1 hour late and the trip took in total 5 hours longer than advertised. Even if traffic up north was horrific they could have made some early announcement to try and warn potential travellers. Lost one day vacation due to extended travelling and had to re-schddule several bookings because of arriving very late. Other than that the bus and the ride itself is quite okay..

The bus arrived to the indicated platform on time. The staff was helpful with us to stowe the bagpacks in the bus hold, telling us where we had to get off. We even had separate seats with my girlfriend and the driver was kind enough to ask a passenger to change seats so that we could be together. The seats lean back ok, although they're not the most comfortable ones for a long ride. They give you a bottle of water, a snack and a blanket. Overall good experience.
