You book a time online, then pay, then get a message that bus/time is full. Then next time, book to airport, pay, only to be told the bus we booked doesn't go to airport. Better real time booking system required

went from Vung Tai to Saigon , normally we can always choose the seat , I was first to be picked up together with 2 foreign ladies, but the driver told me I had to sit in the back in a 3 seat with 2 large tourists, so I had barely space to move. Later we picked up Vietnamese people, 2 teenager anf a toddler and the father.Meanwhile a beautiful Vietnamese lady can sit in the front with him and they gave a toddler , and small teenagers a 1 seat while me I was cramped up , good luck if you 1m 80 no legspace in the back , had to put my backpack on my lap because there was no space to put it on the floor. In the back with 2 large foreigners. Clearly not logic and unfair.Calling this a limousine service?Never again and I don't recommend for foreigners . Just read the other reviews, it's a common thing how they treat foreigners, there are much better ones in Vung Tau with equal service. You v been warned if you don't want to feel discriminated, i v been travelling 2 months in Vietnam and first time I encounter this. Imagine it would happen in my country, this business would be closed on a second. For me was such a shock that this could happen in this beautiful country but apparently this the reality in 2026, unbelievable

Van left 5 minutes early as we were all ready to go ahead of time. Driver was smooth and steady which made for a stress free trip. Van was comfortable as always and the bottle of complimentary water was much appreciated

Die Buchung war schnell gemacht. Am Pick-Up war das Personal sehr freundlich und nett. Der Bus ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Man kommt sich fast vor wie in einer Business Class einer Airline. Zum Fahrer und sein Fahrstil. Kurz: Er war sehr nett. Die Straße ist sein Revier. Seine eigene Rennstrecke. Wie in der Formel 1. Das sagt alles.

Madame, Monsieur, Je vous contacte concernant une réservation effectuée via votre plateforme pour un trajet Vung Tau → Ho Chi Minh, départ prévu à 6h00. Présent au point de départ à 5h45, j’ai attendu plus d’une heure sans qu’aucun minibus ne se présente. Après vérification sur place, il s’est avéré que le départ de 6h00 n’avait tout simplement pas eu lieu. J’ai finalement dû prendre le départ de 8h00. Je tiens à préciser que je ne vous écris pas dans une démarche de remboursement. Mon objectif est avant tout de vous signaler cet incident dans un cadre professionnel. Je suis partenaire affilié de 12Go via mon site Top Destinations Asie du Sud-Est (top-destinations.fr), spécialisé dans l’organisation de voyages en Asie du Sud-Est. Je recommande régulièrement 12Go à mes lecteurs et à mes clients comme solution fiable pour les transferts et trajets interurbains. Dans mon cas, ce retard a perturbé l’organisation de ma journée. Mais dans une situation client, les conséquences auraient pu être beaucoup plus graves. Si un voyageur devait prendre un vol international depuis Ho Chi Minh (temps d’enregistrement, contrôle d’immigration, etc.), un départ non assuré pourrait entraîner la perte d’un vol. C’est précisément ce type de situation que je souhaite éviter pour préserver la confiance que j’accorde à vos services et que je transmets à ma clientèle. Je souhaiterais donc comprendre : Les raisons de l’absence du départ de 6h00 Les garanties mises en place pour éviter ce type de situation Les recommandations que vous conseillez aux voyageurs ayant des correspondances sensibles (vols, trains, bus internationaux) Mon intention est de continuer à promouvoir 12Go en toute confiance, mais pour cela, il est essentiel que je puisse m’appuyer sur une fiabilité opérationnelle solide.
