The staff at Koh Samui airport were really friendly and helpful. We were moved to the earlier flight as we arrived at the airport early. The airport also had good WiFi and complimentary drinks and snacks. Our flight was meant to board at 13:50 but we did not hear anything regarding the flight until 14:15 - so for a while we had no idea what was happening.

The flight was typical. Easy check in. Boarding typical. Food mediocre at best. Flight crew very friendly. Not sure why Bangkok Airlines is called a Boutique Airline. I found nothing unique about the experience. Fine on-time flight is an expectation not exceptional.

Je m'attendais à une compagnie cheap, pas du tout, c'était super : bonne prise en charge à l'embarquement, rapide à l'enregistrement (bornes), repas et boissons compris à bord, belles vues de Krabi depuis le hublot !

Ive given this 4 not 5 stars only because I couldn’t find out on the paper work of our flight if we had gold luggage included. It only said cabin baggage on our E Ticket. I tried phoning the automated line but they advised as it was less than 36 hours before departure they couldn’t help. I was expecting to pay for baggage at the airport and was a bit t down. But I only actually needed to pay for thto excess above 20kg each we had. So great booking experience with Kiwi but just needed that extra reasssurance which wasn’t there.

Leider über eine Stunde Verspätung und die Info's am Airport Suvarnabhumi eher dürftig.
Der Flug selber kurz und schön, freundliches Personal und sogar noch ein Menu serviert bekommen bei 45min Flugzeit. - Leider sehr teuer für Thailändische Verhältnisse drum einen Stern weniger.

The train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai is a journey everyone should make. The beds are comfortable. But there is not much space to storage your luggage. I had to sleep with all by luggage. For me that's okay but it's not how it should be. The announcement that we arrived at Chiang Mai was horrible. I did not knew if we arrived or not. The man from the train shouted to everyone to get out. Not very nice. It was also not known that the beds were going to be seats. For more than 2 hours we had to seat, it would be nice if you can sleep until an half hour before the arrival. Besides that it was a magic trip, the train left on time and the boarding went smooth.

It was a pleasant short flight, staff were very friendly, 10 points for the service. I was very surprised when the pilot called out that we were getting noodles with black bean sauce, We were very tired, but when we heared there is food on the way we were very happy.
All in all, nice service, good food and good flight.
