I have done this trip many times now. 12go has good, comfortable minivans. And, they have good drivers! By that I mean they have drivers not trying to beat every speed record between BKK and Hua Hin. Unfortunately some of the other minivancompanies have young boys driving like crazy. I feel 100% safe beeing passenger with 12go. I recomend this company.

Excellent service. Le minibus est même parti un peu en avance. Le chauffeur conduisait très bien même s'il allait un peu vite. Cependant, l'arrêt de 10 minutes n'est pas nécessaire , puisqu'on arrive à destination 20 minutes plus tard.

Van left on time from Bangkok to Hua Hin. Great quality van with aircon and comfortable seats made for a smooth 3 hour ride. Driver stopped 2 hours in for a 10 minute bathroom break in an a shopping center where snacks and drinks can be purhcased. Highly recommend.

Well organised. Got to Bangkok faster than planned, which is understandable as traffic is quite hard to predict. Comfortable minibus with A/C. Definitely worth the money.

Very poor driving skills. For the entire length of the trip the driver would step on the gas and then let off two seconds later. It was constantly, yes I mean constantly, on, off, on, off, on, off with him. Absolutely no effort to drive smoothly. This never ending back and forth created considerable motion sickness for me and one other passenger. Did not get sick to the point of throwing up, but if I had I would have made a point of spreading the stuff on the floor of his van. Som naam naa!

Until the first and only stop/break (i.e. almost 5 hours long) the bus was by at the very least 2-3 degree overcooled. That was terrible. Then I could talk to the driver.
I consider only one break for this trip dangerous, for only one driver, passengers and the traffic itself as well.
We arrived exactly in time.

Well organised, there is a small office at the level of the trains, among the coffee shops and food places. The bus/van area literally under the station (which is quite large), signs directing you there, the station is so large you will get lost. Greeted by two staff waiting at bus/van bay, checked in with QR code which was on receipt that was emailed to me. Staff spoke excellent English.. My hotel was about 1 kilometer further down the road than the designated drop off point, I was taken there which they did not have to do.
The van looked quite new, seat belts, comfortable seats, phone charger socket, Wi-Fi not available but they said will be fitted soon. The van had about 12 seats
I have dealt with them three years ago for a train booking which I over paid, they told me and refunded the amount (200 baht)

The van left on time, it was a smooth journey. I loved the fact that the driver could drop us off near our resort since it was just along the way to Hua Hin Market Village, thank you so much!
I wished there were other departure time like 10am - after the crazy morning traffic. Fortunately, I left the hotel at 7.30am and reached the station about 45 mins later. I would advise other travellers to really plan your route and give yourself ample time since the traffic (and even trains) could be really bad / crowded on weekdays morning.
Thank you for "warning" us about the traffic in your ticket. People really should read the important notes after purchasing the tickets to avoid any frustrations missing the van since they leave on time.
Overall, good experience for me and I find it very convenient booking and travelling with 12go!

Van stopped for short break at the gas station with many shops around. But the driver didn’t say how long the short break was. I ordered a meal and left it untouched coz he told me everyone except is back to the van.

No dudes en coger el bus VIP o el normal por unos baths. Este es mil veces mejor. Tiene asientos cómodos, grandes, estiras las piernas, son como sofás, tienen tele, te dan agua y snacks.
