Harriet CThey picked us up at the hotel at 7:30 which was great and the driver was very sweet, the reason for the 3 star rating is that when we got to the pier they had overbooked the ferry and we nearly didn’t get to koh Tao on the one we thought we had a ticket for
The lady at the pier wasn’t very helpful (but doesn’t work for 12go Asia) and it was finally one of the workers who just let us come and gave us the right stickers and luggage tags, he was a hero lol it was very stressful for about 1.5 hours but in the end it worked out seems to be better if you book 2-3 days in advance
