We got to the port one hour before departure & the boat ended up leaving at 10, instead of 9:30. The boat was packed & there was some people left without seats. The page I booked through stated that there would be wifi & a toilet, hence why I booked with them & there was neither of these. I would never expect wifi or a toilet but I had paid above the cheapest rate as these were identified as being on the boat. The boat was VERY hot & not an enjoyable ride at all.
Big boat from Lembongan to Gili. Drinks and little snacka available. Also toilett.

We booked ferry from Nusa Lembongan to Gili T. Would have been 5 star if location of ferry office/check in had been made available.

I thought I’ll took the ferry at the harbour written in my reservation but we took a taxi to another one, then took a little boat to Nusa penida then wait for the actual ferry and arrived 2 hours later than planned. Nothing was written in the reservation that we’ll go such a journey.

We went to the given address on the Voucher. There we have been told that we habe to go to another „Counter“, where nobody was sitting. As we had time, we went there again half an Hour later, which means approx. 25minutes from our estimated departure. A guy was there. The guy told us that we will leave in about 5 minutes. We got 4 badges, 2 for our luggage and 2 for us. I asked 3 times if this is a direct Route to Gili Trawangan. The guy Said yes. Direct Route. First we had to Go to two „Taxis“ werde driven close to the Mangrove Tour start, which meant 15-20 Minutes over the Island. And then we had to sit with 12 Person in a very small boat which went through the Mangroves. Our Skipper had to walkt through the water and push us through the flat water. Creepy Situation. After another 45 minutes we arrived at Nusa penida. Where we were not allowed to take our Hand luggage with us to the waiting area. Just for notice: we didnt get a badge for this. So we couldnt be sure to get it back. After 20-30 Minutes of waiting a speedboat came to pick us up. Furthermore no possibility to get to our Hand luggage (so on Drinks or anything Else). The Trip with the Speed boat took about 1.30/1.45 Minutes to Gili Trawangan. We got our hand luggage back. But it was very Dirty. The Trip Took over 3 Hours Instead of 1.50, without many delays, so I guess that the fast time that is indicated is to win customers over better Ferry organisations. We would Not reccomend this Organisation
