The realities of the service make it very possible to be late due to rough seas, crowded ports and difficulty moving luggage. Overall, great service. Just us two in the taxi from hotel to Badang Bai, and on return sharing with one person to Seminyak BurgerKing. Taxi scammers almost got us on return by impersonating staff, boarding the vessel on arrival, asking who had transfer slips, telling us they were the driver, and trying to convince us to take their taxi instead of waiting "5 hours" for the official bus. Ps, return was rough to the point that people were putting on life jackets, though the boat was managed well enough considering the conditions.

The boat from Gili T to Padangbai always go through Gili Air and Lombok so add extra hour. There is no airco so its a hot box you are sitting in. The water gets in to the boat. However, It was better then Ostina.
Es waren mehr Passagiere als Plätze, daher mussten wir auf das nächste Boot warten. Erfreulicherweise kam dieses auch direkt, jedoch hat dieses Boot noch überall gehalten.
So waren wir statt 2,5h ganze 4h unterwegs!
Dann hätte ich auch wieder die günstigste Variante wählen können
Zum Glück funktionierte die Klimaanlage!

The ferry started 30minuted late. We had good weather but it was a terrible ride and experience. Several people got sick because of the waves, including myself. Some people were crying because the boat hit the waves very hard and made loud bangs and cracking sounds. The AC broke down in the middle of the ride, it was hot inside. Water was coming down from the AC. There were some air refresheners that were going on every few minutes. They had to open the windows to let fresh air in, but then the water came splashing in every now and then. The suitcases got wet (we had hardcase suitcase but that didn’t stop the water) and the clothes inside got wet too.
We started from Gili Trawangan and had 4 stops before we made it to the last stop in Sanur. We didn’t even know before about these stops that made the trip even longer. Never again with this Ferry.

The ride was rescheduled to 10:30. When we arrived we had to wait for almost an hour to get to the Harbour cause other big boats were in.
