Anna KI booked 5pm bus, but was informed that it was sold out and was offered a 6:30pm bus. The bus didn't arrive until 7:30pm even though we were repeatedly told it's coming in 5-10 mins for an hour straight.
As it turned out, all passengers on the bus booked a bus for a different time (5:30, 6:30, 7:30) from different companies and all waited until 7:30pm while being lied to that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes.
The bus looked nothing like the picture, cramped 7 people in a van.

Kaushi JThe vehicle was comfortable. The staff coordinated the pick up well and checked on us to make sure we were on board. Since all the passengers were early the vehicle left early.

Mateo We bought a ticket for an 11:30 ride. The bus came and there were 2 people inside already who had been picked up at 11. We waited in the same spot for over an hour until some people who bought tickets for the 12:30 ride came and off we went. This company offers a lot of time slots but only leaves when they fill the bus, so do not trust the time it will take to arrive to destination as you may spend a looooong time waiting in the bus.

Ophir Ba booking that was made for 11:30 changed last minute to 12:30. had to cancel last minute and book again. the booking agent did not help at all, did not offer to replace the booking or help in any way. had to do it all by myself last minute

Guilherme TThe van arrived at the pickup up point more than 1 hour after the booking time we selected on the ticket. Inside it was very cold as the air conditioning was very high and the driver kept putting very loud music and using his phone for texts and videocalls. Once we arrived in Hanoi we were told to get off even though it wasn't our stop without any explanation and we had to get another taxi to our hotel.
