Giới thiệu Du lich Á châu
Hai yếu tố chính làm cho việc di chuyển bằng xe khách trở nên hấp dẫn là sự lựa chọn đa dạng về điểm đến và giá cả phải chăng. Không phải tất cả các xe khách đều mang lại sự thoải mái hàng đầu, đủ chỗ để chân hoặc không gian để hành lý, nhưng hai điểm trên có thể bù lại. Bên cạnh đó, xe khách luôn mở các tuyến mới đến các điểm đến mới nổi, từ đó mở đường cho các nhà khai thác xe buýt, và nhiều lúc vẫn là phương tiện giao thông duy nhất đưa bạn đến đó. Xe khách thường xuyên cung cấp dịch vụ nhanh hơn xe buýt lớn, thời gian biểu linh hoạt hơn và dễ dàng thích ứng hơn với nhu cầu của khách du lịch về mặt lịch trình – nếu nhu cầu tăng tạm thời do cuối tuần hoặc ngày lễ, xe khách sẽ bổ sung thêm phương tiện vào đội xe hàng ngày của họ dễ dàng hơn so với các nhà khai thác khác. Mặc dù vậy, hãy lưu ý rằng đôi khi xe khách hoạt động từ các trạm hoặc bến xe riêng của họ, hoặc có một khu vực dành riêng trong các bến xe buýt lớn hơn. Truly Hagiang Giá vé & Hạng xe khách
Không như xe lửa hoặc xe buýt lớn, xe khách hiếm khi cho bạn lựa chọn hạng vé. Tất cả các ghế đều giống nhau – có thể gọi là ghế tiêu chuẩn, VIP hoặc tên gọi khác. Tuy nhiên, điều có thể khác biệt là loại xe khách. Một số xe chỉ có 9-10 hành khách. Đối với khách du lịch, điều này có nghĩa là chỗ ngồi rộng hơn, nhiều không gian hơn và chuyến đi thoải mái hơn. Xe khách có sức chứa lên đến 15 hành khách cũng được nhưng hãy sẵn sàng hy sinh không gian duỗi chân tay của bạn và thường là cả hành lý của bạn. Du lịch bằng xe khách: Ưu & Nhược điểm
Ưu điểm du lịch xe khách
- Xe khách có thể là cách duy nhất để đến một số điểm đến xa xôi nhất, thị trấn nhỏ hoặc làng mạc không được kết nối bằng xe buýt lớn hay xe lửa.
- Xe khách cũng có thể đưa bạn đến một số hòn đảo nối với đất liền bằng phà ô tô đón cả xe buýt lớn và xe khách.
- Do kích thước nhỏ hơn so với xe buýt lớn, xe khách cơ động hơn trên đường. Nó dẫn đến thời gian di chuyển có thể ngắn hơn, đặc biệt nếu điểm đến của bạn không xa.
- Mặc dù xe khách có một điểm dừng chính thức trên đường, nhưng chúng cũng có thể đưa bạn xuống ở một điểm thuận tiện hơn – không cần phải đến tận bến, chỉ cần yêu cầu tài xế của bạn. Lưu ý rằng không phải lúc nào cũng có thể, nhưng trong nhiều trường hợp, họ sẽ hợp tác. Nó có thể giúp bạn tiết kiệm cả thời gian và tiền bạc mà lẽ ra bạn phải bỏ ra để đi bộ hoặc đi taxi ra khỏi bến.
Nhược điểm du lịch xe khách
- Xe khách chở nhiều hành khách thường khá chật chội. Không gian để chân tay sẽ hạn chế. Một số xe giới hạn một kiện hành lý cho một vé. Nếu bạn có nhiều túi xách, vali hoặc ba lô, bạn có thể được yêu cầu mua một vé riêng cho hành lý của mình, điều này khiến chuyến đi đắt gấp đôi.
- Không phải tất cả các xe khách đều chạy đúng lịch trình. Trên một số tuyến đường nhất định, xe khách chỉ rời đi khi đã đầy khách. Hãy kiểm tra với nhà xe trước khi mua vé, nếu không, bạn có thể phải đợi lâu hơn dự kiến cho đến khi xe đầy.
- Tài xế trên xe khách có lẽ thuộc vào loại chạy ẩu nhất. Một số công ty lắp đặt thiết bị kiểm soát tốc độ trên phương tiện của họ, nhưng không hiếm trường hợp nghe thấy thiết bị này phát ra tiếng bíp trong suốt hành trình mà người lái xe không chú ý gì. We had to change the vehicle 3 times and had to wait in different locations. No one told us when we will be picked up. We arrived one hour later than expected. Also, the driver wanted me to pay 100k more for picking me up at the initial arrival location. I showed them that in the booking the arrival and pick up point was fixed and after long discussion I did not need to pay extra

A car driver picked up us to go to the bus. He was so fast and dangerous. We almost crashed….
The trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh took one hour so imagine how fast was the driver bus too.

Communication was superb. We were a few minutes late because our flight was delayed and told the company beforehand so they waited for us (was literally just 5 minutes but if they wouldn't have known they would've driven off).
Driving was good, calm for Vietnamese standards. Bus was okay for a day trip.

We made it to the circus on time and there were a lot of different vans there to pick people up. Our voucher showed a certain type of van with the Truly Hagiang logo on it, so logically we were looking for this van. We were supposed to leave at 12:30 pm, but we were still standing there until 13:00 pm without any sight of the pictured van. All of a sudden another van came up to us, turned out that was the one we had booked. It didn’t have truly hagiang on it and it did not look like the picture so we wasted half an hour of our time waiting for another van.
We were finally in the van and started driving towards Tam Coc. It seemed like the driver wanted to make up for lost time because he was driving so recklessly. I get that driving here is a bit more bold than in Europe but this was just plain dangerous.
We arrived in Ninh binh and then had to transfer vans (which wasn’t known to us), and then we were brought to Tam Coc, happy that we were still alive and not in a car crash..

*Pünktliche Abfahrt auch wenn es etwas verwirrend war den richtigen Bus zu erkennen.
*Kleiner Buswechsel mit 10 Minuten Wartezeit.
*Zweiter Bus war sehr komfortabel (bequeme & große Sitze, Steckdose zum Laden, Wasser, Klimaanlage, sehr sauber im Bus)
*Sehr guter Fahrer

I had somewhat mixed experience with my booking. The van was supposed to leave at 12:30 pm from Central Circus. I reached early to make sure I locate and board the van, but there was no sign or indication to locate it at Central Circus. I contacted the hoteline number on my ticket and after a while they sent someone to get me. The van I was provided with at their office did not leave until 1:45pm, so quite a time was lost at the pick up point waiting.
After few minutes of drive, few os us in the van were shifted to another van which drove us till Trang An, smooth shift but the first van quality was far better. Then at Trang an, I was shifted to a car and the car drove me till my homestay.
It would have been great if there was a way to locate the van at the pick up point so I didn't have to be worried and lose the additional time, so one star less for that. The van that boarded at the pick up point was not same as in the picture so there was no way to identify it. Overall they ensured to drop me at my homestay, and all drivers drove fine with no issues.

Bus was on time and driver proactively located us at the pick up point at Central Circus. The office also called to ensure we were at the pick up point and that the driver had found us. Bus was very comfortable and clean. We had to change buses for the final 20 mins to Tam Coc but that was no issue, just something to be aware of if you're taking this route. Dropped right at the boat dock so very central and short walk to the local accommodation. Overall a smooth and pleasant trip.

First we were told we are picked up then we went ahead with the booking and then we were told no. After I reminded them that they already agreed to it they picked us up. The pick up did not really worked out. We were picked up 1h later then agreed. There was to be a lot of bad traffic but we could not see any on Google. The driver is driving very fast. However, in the end we arrived were we wanted only 1,5h later.

Got picked up on time to be taken to another stop in Hanoi where we got on the bus and waited for a while for another taxi of people to get dropped off. We didn’t know the bus wasn’t picking us up directly. It was also a sleeper bus not as described but we weren’t bothered. The bus was pretty empty, stopped a couple of times to pick people up and had 2/3 rest stops. Can’t complain, it was inline with expectations and a pretty decent journey.

Für die gebuchte Strecke mussten wir 2* den Bus wechseln, was nirgendwo angegeben war. Der erste Bus war 15-20 Minuten zu spät. Der Fahrer sprach kein Englisch. Der Bus entsprach den Bildern bei der Buchung nicht. Der Fahrer raste mit einem krassen Tempo los - die Hupe war in Dauerbetrieb. Zum Glück war dieser erste Abschnitt nicht lang. Dann wurde (ohne Ankündigung) der Bus gewechselt. In dem zweiten Bus, der den Bildern entsprach waren wir dann nur zu zweit. Der Bus war sauber und komfortabel. Sogar mit Massage Funktion. Am Ende mussten wir für den letzten Abschnitt noch einmal in einen normalen PKW umsteigen... Wir sind dann pünktlich am Ziel angekommen. Es war also durchwachsen 😉

The bus journey was smooth itself - the only problem was figuring out where the bus actually went from. The Google maps pin on the PDF wasn’t 100% accurate and after asking people, each person pointed us in a different direction. We actually got picked up from no.77 on that road.

There are a number of buses that go from central circus but if you wait at the entrance someone will come over and get you.
The bus we had gave us had water and the chairs had a massage function 😍

The drive from Hanoi to Tam Coc and back was just fine but it would be nice if it was clearly indicated where exactly the bus stops to pick up people. For example, if only Cental Circus Hanoi is communicated as a pick-up point, that is not enough. Be specific and make sure the customer knows the license plate in advance. There are many black vans in that area.
Việc lái xe từ Hà Nội đến Tam Cốc và ngược lại vẫn ổn nhưng sẽ rất tuyệt nếu nó được chỉ dẫn rõ ràng chính xác nơi dừng xe buýt để đón mọi người. Ví dụ, nếu chỉ truyền thông Cental Circus Hà Nội là điểm đón khách thì chưa đủ. Hãy cụ thể và đảm bảo rằng khách hàng biết trước biển số xe. Có rất nhiều xe tải màu đen trong khu vực đó.

We had to change twice the car. In one of the cars we‘ve had ants.

I contacted the operator via WhatsApp to confirm the day before which was very helpful since the driver ended up finding me based on my picture before I spotted the van:) Central Circus has a lot of vans and buses doing pickups and drop offs so be patient and stay in one spot, they won’t leave without you! Driver was polite and professional, but do not expect English. Google translate can assist. Van was clean and they offered a bottle of water. Easy trip, definitely recommend.

Una experiencia excelente. Por un fallo en la organización del hotel me metieron en un taxi erróneo y nos dejaron en una estación que no era. Esta empresa se encargó de irnos a buscar a dicho lugar aunque ya era tarde y habíamos perdido el autobús.

The worst transport company I used since I am in Vietnam. I came to Hanoi at 7:30 pm instead of 6:00 pm. Traffic jams were not the issue, it was only the company. It does not communicate well with the customer and do not expect to get information if you do not speak Vietnamese. I gave them 2 stars because luckily I was able to catch my flight.

Very comfortable bus. Driving was very decent for Vietnamese standards. The buses are actually operated by another company so you won’t see any “truly hagiang” logo or name anywhere.

The bus company was not that one, stated, the license plate number was changed, also the bus, boarding was a bit chaotic, too many stops picking up people, bus moving was fast and ok - but in the end late nearly an hour. The same on the way back.

Bus was so dirty you couldn’t see out the windows. I was transferred to a sleeper bus, even though I’d paid for a VIP van. Driving was smoking in the bus. Driver kept stopping to let his friends on and off. Awful experience.

Vehicle and drive were overall fine, but it was really cold inside the car, to the point where most passengers had to use blankets. After half an hour drive and while still in Hanoi the driver just stopped for a 30min break with his friends in a roadside shack. No explanation, he just had a nice break. In Hà Giang we stopped to be hassled by some other guy who apparently had a hotel and motorbike rental. He asked each and every passenger if they had already made a booking for hotel or motorbike. We hadn't, but told him the company we had decided on previously, so he called someone to discuss this? Still not sure what happened, but he said the name of the company we had told him. I saw on the map that we were close to said company, so we decided to just jump out of the van which the driver wanted to prevent. He even went so far as to try pushing me back inside, and while not very forcefully, this is still unacceptable. On the return ride we booked with the same company due to lack of options, but in a bus, and this 2nd journey was completely fine. On time, one stop to eat along the way, normal temperature in the bus. Also if your are above 185cm you will have a hard time getting comfortable in the van, bus was very comfortable.

I emailed the operator and they agreed to pick me up at my hostel, which was nice. I ended up having to speak with them a couple times because the pickup was late and they were very responsive. A taxi came to the hospital to pick me and another person up and us to the bus about 30 minutes after the bus was supposed to leave and drove us for about 40 minutes to an odd location where the bus was waiting by the side of the road. All of this was okay just a little confusing. The bad thing that resulted in the less than 5 star rating was that when we arrived in Hanoi the bus driver took the person on the bus who spoke Vietnamese to their hotel and then took the rest of us to a location in the old quarter of Hanoi at about 2 a.m. and just dropped us off on a a location dark street corner with no real explanation. When I said he was supposed to take us to our hotels he just gave a little grin and walked away. I am pretty familiar with the old quarter and was able to walk to my guest house but most of the other folks were not and it was 2 in the morning everything was closed up tight. That was unacceptable in my opinion

Booking was easy but only after payment it was said that you had to pay an extra seat for more than 10 kg luggage. I had a backpack and all the other passengers had one. So the bus driver didn’t make problems. But it is not nice that the site offers a rather expensive limousine bus without luggage space.

Hard to identify the van as it was not marked 'Truly Hagiang' as per the picture on our booking form. The driver did not speak English and luckily my husband could converse with him in Vietnamese. It took a while to pick up all the other guests and by the time we got back to Hanoi it was half an hour later than the time advised. The actual trip was quite uncomfortable due to the driver constantly beeping and accelerating - not a smooth ride.

Der Bus war sehr komfortabel. Wir wurden pünktlich abgeholt und sind auch pünktlich angekommen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, da der Fahrer sogar für vietnamesische Verhältnisse sehr schnell und riskant gefahren ist.

Wir sind pünktlich abgefahren und auch (ungefähr) angekommen. Die Verspätung resultierte daraus, dass der Fahrer langanhaltend mit dem Ordnen seiner partnerschaftlichen Verhältnisse beschäftigt war. Das Auto ist wirklich bequem. Schön wäre es, wenn der Fahrer die Stopps nicht nach dem Prinzip Klientelwirtschaft sondern nach dem Bedürfnissen seiner Fahrgäste aussuchen würde. Unser Fahrer wollte nach einer 3/4 Stunde den ersten 1/2 stündigen Stopp einlegen- Beo einer 6 1/2 stündigen Gesamtfahrzeit. Nur nach deutlichen Einwendungen war der Fahrer davon abzubringen. Alles andere war wirklich topp!!!

The scenery was stunning. the whole journey including overnight stays were lovely. However, I had booked a bus tour so I would have company and you provided a private car and driver. This was very nice but the driver spoke no English. This was an expensive tour and I felt I did not really get what I paid for.

The limo was exactly like in the photos. We left Hanoi on time and arrived in Ha Giang on time. We had 2 stops for food/using the bathroom.
Overall, a great experience worth the extra money!!
