Giới thiệu Lignite

Ưu điểm của việc đi lại bằng xe buýt
- Xe buýt là lựa chọn tốt nhất để đến các điểm đến không được kết nối bằng đường sắt hoặc máy bay. Mạng lưới xe buýt thường bao phủ hầu hết cả nước và các tuyến đường được thiết lập lâu đời.
- Không như du lịch hàng không và đôi khi là du lịch đường sắt, đi xe buýt không cần phải đến bến xe buýt quá sớm. Check-in, ngay cả trên các tuyến quốc tế, không mất nhiều thời gian. Hạn mức hành lý thường rất thân thiện với khách du lịch; và phí cho hành lý bổ sung thường không cao lắm.
- Vé xe buýt thường phải chăng hơn so với vé máy bay hoặc tàu nhanh. Luôn có sự lựa chọn hạng vé phù hợp với mọi túi tiền. Các tùy chọn tiêu chuẩn rẻ hơn có thể hơi chậm và không mang lại sự thoải mái hàng đầu, nhưng cũng có thể chấp nhận được và đưa bạn đến đích. Trên các tuyến đường dài hơn, nhà vệ sinh hoặc điểm dừng xả hơi cũng như đồ ăn nhẹ, nước và đôi khi đồ vệ sinh cá nhân và chăn hầu như luôn được bao gồm trong giá.

Nhược điểm của du lịch xe buýt
- Các bến xe buýt liên tỉnh mới hơn thường được đặt bên ngoài thành phố gần các đường cao tốc lớn, để cho phép xe buýt tránh tắc nghẽn thành phố. Bus a bit old fashioned and I could see many people were having problems with broken chairs, but thankfully mine was ok. Driver was very good at no point did i see him going too fast, he was always driving cautiously.l and safe.

Overall I would recommend this service from Bangkok to Phuket, there was lots of leg space and reclining chairs for everyone, charging ports next to each seat (no one sits too close to the toilet which is nice) the journey is long so of course it’s not going to be ideal for everyone, there is a stop off at a service station half way through to use the toilet get some food and stretch your legs and the hostess supplied a basic snack and a bottle of water at the beginning which was a nice little addition. The bus took slightly longer than it said on the travel info which for us wasn’t a problem but just bare that in mind

J'ai choisi le bus en fonction de son heure d'arrivée. Le bus était supposé arriver à 4h du matin, selon l'heure indiquée sur le site, lors de l'achat du billet. Toutefois, il est arrivé 45 minutes plus tard que cette heure. Cela était très important car j'avais choisi pour coincider avec mon heure de décollage d'avion. Nous avons donc eu du retard et du stress occasionné pour arriver à l'heure à l'aéroport.

In general the trip went smooth and as described by 12go. I do want to mention the counter is on the 2nd floor and not on the 3rd. There's actually no 3rd floor so don't try looking for it like I did. Other than that the bus boarded at around 20.30pm so I don't see why they ask the to be there one hour before. We arrived at Krabi bus terminal around 9.00 am. For me the seat was comfy and I selpt for most of the trip.

In general, servis was very good: comfortable bus, good seats, clear departure and arrival schedule, they give 1 bottle of water, cookies, pepsi, coffee or tea and once stope for late dinner with basic Thai food ( I used VIP bus from Krabi to Bangkok ). Just 1 things could be better: wi-fi in the bus ( they don't have internet now)

I was dreading the journey from Bangkok to krabi but the VIP bus was exceptional! Plenty of room, very comfortable and even included food and drink!

The bus ended up taking me to Krabi bus station, which was not planned but was easy to get to koh lanta, my second destination for 350 baht. Didn’t realise anything about a stop for food, may have slept through it but was not informed by staff. Multiple unknown stops along the way making the last part of the journey very long. Overall fast enough bus to Krabi, although seats were a bit uncomfortable. Lots of leg space, blankets provided and a roll with water and juice. No plug sockets.

Stacja źle oznaczona. Tajowie kieruja cię z góry na dół- raz na zewnątrz raz do środka. Pół godz szukania platformy z pomocą tubylcow???? w busie dużo miejsca na nogi ale klimatyzacja zabija. Steward nie mówi po angielsku jak było obiecane. Ale ogólnie ciekawa przygoda ????

Bus was comfortable and arrived on time, but stewardess was very bad. She delivered all the drinks and snacks before we departed from the bus station and since then never showed up for the whole duration of the journey, with one exception while she told us trought the intercom that we are allowed to leave the bus because we 're taking a break, but haven't even bothered to tell us how long time do we have until we will continue. And she spoke english, we k OW because she talked to us at the bus station before we boarded the bus.

Air conditioning was really intense so had to ask for blankets. Toilet smell was very strong when the door was opened each time it was used. Journey took 1hr 30minutes more than scheduled. They provided water, soymilk and butter bread.

For once I had made a seat reservation and was implemented in the bus by the bus attendant although the bus was only half full I had to sit next to another passenger. Unfortunately, the man did not understand a word of English and could therefore give me no information why I had to implement. When I showed him my ticket with the seat number, he crossed out the number with a pen and wrote another one next to it.
That annoyed me o lot.

The bus was quite comfy, large space and fast drivers. Some complimentary little cake and a bottle of water. Air condition is very strong, tho. Working toilet. Although I put here that I want to go to Ao Nang, we got to Krabi bus station, and then had to pay for mini bus to Ao Nang.

Clean but old. Not sure if the blankets were clean as they were not inside a plastic and just draped over the back of the chair. Would have been better if the massage chair worked all night otherwise it's a good ride. Attendant nice and diligent in providing the snacks and necessities. Not luxurious, just comfortable.

Super comfy bus ride with plenty leg rooms. Water snacks and soy milk were provided. Driver was super on time and was driving very steadily. The southern Terminal staff were friendly and helpful. The terminal was facilitated with many venders.

Our VIP bus was really confortable. He left with 30min late but arrived in time.
Even if at the beginning they give you (for free), water, soda and snacks, the bus stoped during 20min around 1 or 2hours before we left to offer to everyone to eat.
We read a lot of comments on internet about stolen stuff, but this bus was really secure, do not worry.
The only « bad » thing is the AC, really TOO cold. Even if they give you a blanket, you should put on your bag some hot clothes :)

On time, god friendly driver. But please fix the spotlights: I wanted to read after the main lights were turned off, and the spotlight wasn't working, so I couldn't. As I can never sleep on buses, this meant I was not able to do anything at all except sit awake for 12 hours

Everything went smooth. The bus was very comfortable and quiet after watching one movie. My only recommendation is to put some mosquito repellent before boarding, as I got some bites and be vigilant for your stop.

Had a small snack and juice provided which was good. Not quite enough leg room, the aircon was too strong, I needed more than one blanket to compensate and they played some very loud music over the speakers for parts of the journey that was not at all my taste - I seriously resented being forced to listen to it!! Staff were good, would probably take ear plugs next time.

Départ 30 m' de retard à cause de personnes en retard , confort moyen mais en lien avec le prix . Attention au film projeté avant le dodo ... amoureux du cinéma s'abstenir ... : bien pire que les Bollywood et pourtant film américain doublé en thaï !!! Impressionnant !! Blague mise à part pensé à s'habiller Clim trop forte .. com dnhad en Thaïlande ...

Luxurious VIP bus with huge leg room. Blanket, water , can of cola and a snack provided.
Left at 19.20 - 20 minute stop at 22.30 with free Thai food. Arrived at 08.00 AM.
Driver drove very calm and not too fast.
Toilet on board.
It does get a bit cold at night, so bring long sleeve T-shirt or jacket.
Excellent trip.
Only improvement option : provide a pillow.

Definitely get your money's worth with this trip! The bus left on time and we even arrived early! Seats are comfortable enough but could always have more padding. But overall it was great - blankets were provided along with a snack, a bottle of water and some soy milk.

Il bus fatico a credere che fosse un Vip: vecchio, sporco (bagno lurido e senza carta igienica), snack inesistente per la lunghezza del viaggio, soste mai effettuate a parte una in un locale per la cena (all'inizio del viaggio). Il guidatore è stato bravissimo, abbiamo superato strade crollate e alluvione! Lo stewart antipatico, soprattutto con i turisti. Faceva finta di non sentire e rispondeva male. Durante la notte ha parlato sempre al cellulare disturbando e non era attento al suo lavoro (richiamato più volte dal guidatore). Prendete l'aereo perché per pochi bath in più conviene!!!

Generally ok but a 13 hour bus ride with only 1 stop 3 hours after departure and then 10 hours straight without the possibility of getting food, which is I don't think is good enough. Hostess never warned us that the bus would not stop after the first time. Next time I will know to stock up on food.

Very comfortable bus (Vip 24) . They provide you with a blanket which may or may not be enough depending on yourself.It would be a good idea to take something just in case . They give you sino beverage

2 hours delay, 14 hours instead of 12. No cooked food for vegetarians. Only raw vegs. But yes trip was safe.

This was a great bus ride! The bus departed on time, it was clean, there were cozy blankets, the seats reclined, there was a tv screen, the attendant was friendly, snacks/drinks were served and we even stopped at a bus station with a cafeteria for a free meal! I had know idea I got all this when I purchased my ticket! I highly recommend this service! Excellent!
