Giá vé & Hạng tàu Laman Express
Để tận dụng tối đa chuyến đi tàu của bạn, hãy chọn hạng vé một cách khôn ngoan. Xem xét chiều dài của chuyến đi, thời gian trong ngày và sở thích của riêng bạn. Đối với những chuyến đi dài hơn vào ban đêm, vé hạng nhất hoặc hạng hai trên toa giường nằm có thể là giải pháp tốt nhất. Cả hai tùy chọn đều cho phép bạn ngủ một giấc thoải mái như khi đi tàu và tiết kiệm thời gian ban ngày quý giá trong kỳ nghỉ của bạn. Lưu ý rằng đôi khi không thể đặt vé hạng nhất cho các chuyến đi ngắn vài giờ trên một hành trình dài hơn. I paid for a Deluxe trip, but apparently the coach was in repair and we got a substandard coach with hard beds, we had to pay for coffee and tea and the attendant didn’t communicate this well.
Also, we asked if the trip could be booked earlier, and I received an answer after more than two days when we were already at the station platform.

Organisation war gut, Betten waren relativ bequem und Zug war pünktlich. Allerdings war es nachts viel zu kalt und die Fahrt holprig. Ich würde es wieder buchen!

alles super geklappt. nur beim aussteigen sind mehrere türen mit einen vorhängeschloss verschlossen. lieber bisschen früher aufstehen und abchecken welche türen aufgehen zum aussteigen :)

Die Mitarbeiter haben sich gut um uns gekümmert und die Toiletten waren sauber. Es gab auch ein Frühstück und ein gratis Bier. Allerdings war die Matraze ziemlich hart und irgendeine Klappe war außen am Wagon lose und hat während der Fahrt gegen den Wagon geschlagen, wenn wir langsamer gefahren sind. Das war ziemlich laut, man hat es sogar deutlich gespürt. Dafür fand ich den Preis deutlich zu teuer.

The ride was exactly as advertised and was very pleasant. Good service with being shown to the room and complimentary drinks and snacks. Some confusion over being told a pregnant lady needed to take the lower bed but turns out the lower bed was empty but not a problem. Only improvement I would add would be that the ticket says to go to the terminus restaurant to check in but we were turned away when we did this as the tickets we had meant that we didn’t need to check in and could board the train directly.
The train was quite bumpy especially at the end but managed to get some solid sleep.

Ich hatte eins der oberen Betten es gab für jeden ein paar Snacks und Getränke inklusive, die Toiletten waren auch ziemlich sauber.
Ich hatte auch Glück mit den anderen Fahrgesten in der Kabine, alle waren sehr rücksichtsvoll und nett. Eine überraschend angenehme Zugfahrt.

One of the better train companies here. While it's a stretch to call this VIP, I did like the services provided. The views were incredible too. The beds were firm but it's expected. The toilet and washroom were nicer than the other train we took. We were given a light breakfast pack and some overnight drinks, which is welcomed. Though, they weren't enough for the 17 hour journey so we got some pot noodles and Bahn Mis before we got on the train and we used them to supplement the food we were given. The boiling water tap was very good and clean too, which helped get the noodles good too.
The train can be loud and rickety so best to have ear plugs.
For the money though, I'd choose a cabin bus instead for a more comfortable journey. The views are just as nice on the buses.

first-class compartment is overpriced. For more than 130$ you have very poor breakfast and hot soft drinks and beer (that should be cold actually), no toiletries, no towel, even no trainman in our coach.
AC works well.
Toilet is clear.
Wifi is promised but doesn't work.

Great experience to do once for me. Great to do long distance and able to lye down. Cabin and toilet clean. Food service great. Bed a little too firm. I found it very expensive...but did go first class.

เก่าไม่ตรงตามรูป ไม่ได้ดูใหม่สะอาดเหมือนที่เขียนเครมไว้ ขากลับ ห้องน้ำแย่มาก ส้วมเต็ม กดไม่ลง แถมรถไฟเสียงดังมากๆๆๆๆ ดังกว่ารถไฟไทย ทีแรกก็ทำใจแล้วว่ารถไฟมันดังอยู่แล้ว เพราะเคยใช้บริการรถไฟไทย ไม่คิดว่าจะดังขนาดนี้ หลับไม่ลงทั้งขาไปขากลับ ทำให้เพลียมากๆ ถือว่าพลาดที่เลือกทั้งไปทั้งกลับ ครั้งหน้าถ้าจะไปซาปา จะขอลองรถ Sleeping Bus ดีกว่า แต่พนักงานที่พาไปส่งขึ้นรถดี ทั้งขาไปและกลับ

Very bad service…I booked a 1st class sleeper train to Hue, two days later I got an email to tell me the operator had no tickets left and I should rebook another option. So I replied asking if I could get a 2nd class train instead and refund the difference. They took so long to reply that I ended up booking a flight instead . A few minutes after I booked the flight I got an email to say they were going to book the 2nd class tickets for me, so I emailed them straight back to say please can el as the tickets were not needed anymore, but they booked them anyway, and then refused to offer me a refund for a train would not be getting. Overall very inflexible and poor service. Would not recommend

The Cabin was comfortable, bathrooms tidy (except for the missing toiletpaper), mattresses a little too hard, but up until the end we Were quite happy with the trip. But 15 Minutes before arriving there was extremely loud music (Hanoi hymn) that didn‘t stop until we arrived. It was unbearable really.

Everything was great, apparently this was one of the most comfy night train rides we've ever had. Cabin was very clean, free snacks and drinks were provided and the staff was friendly. Train was also very much on time. Toilet was ok and not as dirty as we expected after reading some reviews. Even after spending the night on the train we felt quite relaxed in the morning. Would highly recommend!

The beds were really hard and we had lots of cockroaches in our cabin. Also we couldn't regulate the aircon and I never saw a disgusting train toilet like the one on our train.

Nice choice to travel. We booked a 2-bedroom in the train. It was already sold out so they gave us two beds in a 4-bedroom and paid the other two as well so we had the hole room for us alone.
W-Lan on the train doesn't work all the time, can be really hot inside. A/C doesn't work good.
They gave us some snacks, beers and water for free.
In the end a cool experience and, can recommend it

Wonderful check-in with welcome drink and very friendly staff, spacious room for a train with fairly comfortable beds that looked and smelled clean. Nice amenities (2 beers, 2 water, 2 sodas, 2 bananas and 2 danish). Really nothing to complain about!

Overall trip was pretty comfortable, we had enough room to store our bags and loved the complimentary welcome drinks/water and breakfast however toilet paper was not replaced once on a 13 hour journey and when we asked for water we got told we had to pay for it even though our ticket said water would be “free flow” complimentary.

Wir hatten eine super angenehme Reise. Ich buchte einen Tag vor der Abreise. Am nächsten frühen morgen erhielt ich die Bestätigung und den Voucher. Die Tickets in der PDF muss man nicht ausdrucken, sondern beim Checkin nur auf dem Handy vorzeigen. Im Mango Hotel neben dem Bahnhof in Hanoi konnten wir einchecken. Davor stand auch ein Schild mit dem Laman-Express. Das Personal war super freundlich und da wir früh genug da waren, bot man uns in der Lobby ein kostenloses Getränk an. Dann wurden wir 40 Min vor Abfahrt direkt zu unserem Abteil gebracht. Unser Viererabteil war sehr schön und sauber. Die Betten schmal und halbwegs bequem. Wenn man nicht grade noch vom Jetlag geplagt ist, schläft man sicher ziemlich gut, wir hatten immerhin 3 Stunden tiefen Schlaf. Kalt war es nicht. Eher in den oberen Betten etwas zu warm, man konnte gut in kurzer Kleidung schlafen. Das Zugpersonal fragte uns, ob wir für 50 000 Dong einen Minivan nach Sapa nehmen wollen. Bezahlen konnten wir gleich, der Transfer hat dann auch super geklappt. Außerdem waren im Abteil für 4 Personen eine Flasche Wasser, Cola, Kaffee, eine Banane und eine Teigschnecke bereit gestellt. Der Zug ruckelt während der Fahrt etwas und bleibt immer wieder an Haltestellen stehen, aber es geht. Die Toilette im Gang war recht sauber, es gibt auch Waschbecken und Spiegel zum Frisch machen. Ebenso einen Wasserkocher für Kaffee oder Tee. Das Gepäck kann man gut unter die Betten schieben. Da wir auch noch sehr nette Abteilgenossen hatten, gestaltete sich unsere Fahrt richtig angenehm. Ich denke diese Art zu reisen ist wirklich die komfortabelste und würde den Zug nur weiter empfehlen. Ich bin schon gespannt auf die Rückfahrt ;)

DIe Betten sind ausreichend groß und bequem. Ein Vorhang vor jedem Bett hätte etwas mehr Privatsphäre gegeben, vielleicht kann das ja umgesetzt werden.
Die Klimaanlage war leider nicht in der Kabine zu regulieren, also zog es deutlich die ganze Nacht über.
Die Toilette roch leider schlimm nach Urin, einen Wischmob, der an der Toilettentür innen angebracht war, empfand ich als verstörend.
Der Service hingegen war perfekt, der Stewart super nett und zuvorkommend, brachte Kaffee, erkundigte sich nach dem Wohlbefinden und sagte Bescheid bevor man aussteigen musste (auch rechtzeitig mit etwas Puffer).
Das Wifi war erstaunlich gut die gesamte Fahrt über.

Great journey. Good check in at the hotel. Cabin was clean and stocked with snacks and drinks which was nice. The only negative was that the ‘soft’ bunks were actually harder than expected. We would travel this way again.

สำหรับคนไทยนะคะ จองง่ายมาก ไม่ต้องไปแลกตั๋วแค่ปริ้นมาจากเมลล์ ห้องน้ำดีมาก มี 1 ห้อง 2 อ่างล้างหน้าภายในห้องก็ดี น้ำเปล่า น้ำอัดลม ขนม กล้วย ผ้าเย็น ปลั้กไฟ รวมๆประทับใจมากค่ะ

พนักงานที่พาไปรถไฟ เดินเร็วมากหาไม่เจอ ไม่รู้รถไฟ ขบวนไหน ไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้ม ทางเดินลากกระเป๋าไปไม่สะดวก ขรุขระมาก แต่พนักงานที่โรงแรมต้อนรับดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือ ตอบคำถาม ช่วยจองรถให้ ที่นอนดี แต่ห้องน้ำเล็กมาก มีแต่เรื่องพนักงานที่พาไปส่งที่รถไฟ น่าจะใส่ใจลูกค้าทุกคน มากกว่านี้ ถ้าหารถไฟไม่เจอ อาจตกรถไฟ เพราะไม่ทราบว่าขึ้นตรงไหน

Wir sind von Ninh Bình nach Dang An mit dem Nachtzug in einer 4er Schlaf Kabine gefahren. 13h und doch sind wir noch nie angenehmer gereist. Klar, man schläft nicht wie im eigenen Bett, aber für die lange Fahrtzeit kamen wir doch sehr erholt am Zielort an. Das Boardpersonal war sehr freundlich und immer um einen bemüht. Die Toilettesituation manchmal etwas unschön. Aber daran sind wohl eher die Fahrgäste schuld, als das Boardpersonal.

The cabin and bed was comfortable and well decorated. At first they didn’t have one of the passengers details but then they found her booking and brought her water, coffee, beer etc. The train manager was nice but didn’t speak much English which was surprising as this was supposed to be a special coach just for international travelers. The toilet was not super clean but usable. They mentioned free milk in the welcome letter but we couldn’t get any which was disappointing and fresh fruits just meant 1 banana. But the views on the journey were beautiful so all in all a much better experience than expected:) would recommend for a well rested journey.

On time at departure and arrival. Comfortable even if trip is kind of shaky...

The service with Laman express was better than I expected.
The free drinks and breakfast were pleasant in the 4 berth cabin.
The wifi worked well and made the journey goes really fast.
Toilets were (i have to mention because it's rare) clean!
Would travel again.
