- Không như du lịch hàng không và đôi khi là du lịch đường sắt, đi xe buýt không cần phải đến bến xe buýt quá sớm. Check-in, ngay cả trên các tuyến quốc tế, không mất nhiều thời gian. Hạn mức hành lý thường rất thân thiện với khách du lịch; và phí cho hành lý bổ sung thường không cao lắm.
- Vé xe buýt thường phải chăng hơn so với vé máy bay hoặc tàu nhanh. Luôn có sự lựa chọn hạng vé phù hợp với mọi túi tiền. Các tùy chọn tiêu chuẩn rẻ hơn có thể hơi chậm và không mang lại sự thoải mái hàng đầu, nhưng cũng có thể chấp nhận được và đưa bạn đến đích. Le voyage a été trop long (plus de 8h) et j'ai été malade tout le trajet mais le personnel a été très compréhensif. Ils se sont arrêtés 2 fois pour moi et l'accompagnement m'a même donné un médicament. La traversée de ma frontière est longue et fatigante. Voyage interminable.

Das Hotel liegt der nahe am Königspalast. In der Nähe gibt es einige gute lokale. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Stadt und Fluss. Allerdings lässt das Frühstück zu wünschen übrig.

The individual bed was so thin, much more than other companies. The temperature is freezing and there is nothing than you can do with that.
Good thing is there is a power to plug and charge your phone and sometimes wifi, and the trip was relatively fast. But expensive for what you get.

Die Fahrt mit dem Nachtbus war pünktlich und genau, wie geplant.
Die Betten waren ok, nichts herausragendes, aber auch nicht sonderlich unbequem… außer man ist über 1,70 m groß. Dann sind die Betten doch recht klein.
Eines habe ich allerdings nicht verstanden. Unser Bus stand mitten in der Nacht bestimmt 1 1/2 Stunden sinnlos in der Gegend rum. Wir sind dennoch pünktlich morgens angekommen. Da hätten wir auch einfach später losfahren können.

Everything was great, apart from the restroom. It was not possible to lock the door, the flusher did not seem to work and there was not possible to wash or disinfect your hands afterwards. Would still recommend it though.

Die Reise mir dem Nachtbus war für uns besser als erwartend. Wenn man nicht gerade 1,80 groß ist, lässt es sich in den "Betten" recht komfortabel liegen.
Die unteren Betten sollte man aus unserer Sicht eher meiden, der Abstand zwischen Bett und Decke über einem ist teilweise sehr begrenzt.
Es gab eine dünne Decke und ein Kopfkissen, was völlig in Ordnung war.
Da wir recht gut geschlafen haben, verging die Zeit recht schnell.
Wir würden es wieder machen!

Good service on the border. Bus started on time and even picked us up at the hotel. Crossing the border is not easy but the bus staff did it all for us. Very good and safe drivers. We felt really good helped by the service. In the bus you have a lot of leg space which is very nice for long europeans. Tip: dont overstay Your visa or you will be left behind at the border as we expierenced with another passender.

出発は一応余裕を持って1h前（だいぶ余裕でした）出発後はカンボジアアライバルビザツーリスト用シングルを取得の為、紙を記入(筆記用具必須)。水と軽食のパンが支給され、ベトナムの国境を出た後、20分の昼食タイム(予め昼食を持って行ってたので、バスの中で余裕で食べれました)。入国はとてもスムーズで、とても良かった。
アライバルビザは40ドルと書かれていましたが、35ドルでやってもらえました。

well, the jorney wasnt anything special at all and we arrived 45min late. wifi didnt work half of the time and if it did work, was painfully slow. the guy spoke very bad english and wanted only thai bath for the cambodian visa, but finally accepted usd because everybody had usd and there was no exchange..plus he charge different prices for the visa for every group - from 40 to 55usd. but some of the people didnt have photo, lost the exit blue paper from thailand...so i dunno..

The total journey time was almost 1.5h longer than estimated. Air con was not sufficient on the bus. The seats could be more comfortable, but at least they reclined well. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall it was an ok ride, and we safely reached the destination which matters the most.

Fast. Arrived 30 mins ahead of schedule. Trip was uneventful, however the sleeper bus will be a bit small for taller westerners; I am a 5'7" Filipino and it was barely enough for me to fully stretch out my legs when lying down.

The ride was smooth all along as the driver was very careful. Wifi on board was a great +. However the bus was in bad shape. Seats that couldn't recline, dirty vents,... Service was good.
