Overall the drive went off without a hitch, however, we were pushed to the bus after the one we booked which meant we missed out on working entertainment units and modern facilities like was on the bus we originally booked. Then, because it was bucketing down with rain for most of the drive, rain started entering through the air conditioner vents getting my partner very wet throughout the night. We thought it might just be the AC dripping, but it seemed to stop once the weather improved. The stopover was fine, at the halfway mark so be aware a later bus might stop in the early hours of the AM, but no one cares to explain that we could get free food from the hall with our bus tickets which we took advantage of. Lastly, just to clarify things, it would be good for 12Go to be more specific with the departure location. Mochit got a little confusing so make sure if you’re taking Bangkok public transport to specify Mochit Bus Terminal on Google Maps or whatever you’re using.

Bus left 30min late. They provide a planket, small bottle of water and some sugary snacks on the way. Massasing chairs were nice and comfy. It is silly to make a food stop after 2 o'clock at night, because people are sleeping and it is unhealty to stuff your stomach at late hours. Ginger chicken with rice was cold, and the chicken hard to chew. Otherwise a smooth ride.

Malheureusement ont est vraiment laissé à nous mêmes,aucun informations sur les temps d’arrêt aucune communication en anglais seulement en Thaïlandais, et le chauffeur a fumé tout le long du trajet, en conduisant vraiment déplaisant, je ne recommande pas ce service de cette compagnie.

Easy exchange of voucher and ticket, bus was on time, reclining seats, usb charging, free drinks and snacks! Staff on bus didn’t speak English and weren’t super friendly but it was the best bus I’ve had in Asia all in all.

We arrived, thats was the good thing. But there were a lot of bad things: the bus was in a bad condition, smashed front, broken windshield, usb plugs weren't working, it was very cold and also the driver was slightly drunk or just couldn't drive straight forward. The rest stop was awful and not because ther wasn't anything else, i saw alot of better stops where other busses made their pause. Wouldn't take this company again.

Ich glaube der Busfahrer war betrunken oder unter Drogen, auf jeden Fall ist er dauernd Schlangenlinien gefahren! Und hat fast ein anderes Auto angefahren.
Als dann endlich ein andere Busfahrer kam war es besser. Immerhin gab es Decken und ein Snack.

Bus continually stopped. Once so the driver could go to get some street food. A gang of youths was let on about 20 minuets into the joirney and were hid at the deont and back of the coach (not on seats, on the floor) then the driver stopped at 3 random locations at the side of the road to let them off. Felt very unsafe

As a foreigner, you need to be prepared for hypercrowded station where no one speaks English and is not easy to find where to get your tickets from. The bus was not at the gate shown on the ticket but we were lucky enough to catch it anyway (just asking to other passengers around us). The trip was fairly comfortable, although air conditioning was very cold and the bathroom was disgusting and therefore unapproachable.

The bus didn't come. After 20 minutes of delay there was bus from another company which took us from another platform. Workers of a bus station couldn't speak any english so they just came to us, took our tickets and gave us another ones with random sits. The food which should be provided was a one muffin and a small bottle of water. There was one stop on the way, after 2 am where you can exchange your bus ticket for one meal. No toilet paper in the toilet during 10 hours of trip. There was very cold in the bus even under 2 blankets.

Wasnt the bus we booked... There were no charge places, no tv.
When we came at Chiang Mai they smashed the door And said chiaaaang maii. Hurry you need to go noww! Go gooo! Would be Nice if they told us 2 or 3 minuten before we were at the end destination.
We stopped like 4 times.. no clear explanations...
Hopefully they wil take more care for the people that booked

Its a bit uncomfortable because the seat is a bit too tight for westerners body, i guess it is designed for asian smaller body build, but nevertheless the toilet is clean the ride was smooth from 10 hour ride i manage to get 8 hour sleep.

Everything was not too bad, staff were nice but weak in English speaking and listening. However, I have traveled with Busarakum on Mon (6/10/2017) night. The bus was delay for an hour without any notification.

Er hat uns ans Ziel gebracht.
Er ist später losgefahren und hatte eine Stunde Verspätung.
Die Fahrt war ziemlich ruckelig, sodass uns oft schlecht wurde. Lag wahrscheinlich an den Straßen.
Bei den 11 Stunden Fahrt wurde zweimal angehalten für ca.15 Min. und man konnte bei einer Garküche auf der Straße Essen kaufen oder auf ein widerwärtiges Klo gehen. Bei dem Anblick musste ich nicht mehr.
Der Bus an sich hatte unangenehm gerochen.
Die Lehne an den Sitzen ging recht weit herunter.
Nicht schön, aber günstig.

The bus trip was nice. And I had a steeds in the upperdeck in the front. It was cola in the bus But I get an extra blanket. It was quilt in the bus. The WiFi diddn't work. And th tv was only in Thailand langisch.

Overall the tour was great. The bus was extra comfy, with blankets, headrests, leg rests and arm rests. Seats were also good. We paid 990 bhat to travel from Mochit to Chiangrai in the Luxury bus. The cost was high, we could have booked a VIP bus. But, as it was the end of the year of 2023, we didn't have much options. Anyway, the bus was very comfy and we didn't feel the usual body pains after the journey. The bus had enough stops to have coffees, snacks etc. Even we were provided with a small sponge cake and a bottle of water at the start of the journey. But the bus was not in time. Although it has to leave from Mochit at 18:15, the bus left after about a delay of one hour. And the delay was there for the entire journey.
Overall the journey was good, the operator and the bus attendant were also good.
