The bus was full of cockroaches!!! Really unpleasant experience. I changed the seat but that didn't help. I travel a lot on public transport so totally get the buses or train might not be clean but I have never seen so many cockroaches. I will not use this provider again.

Driver hit big bump shortly after we departed from KT station with way to much speed, something broke on front left side of the bus, he stoped and made quick check and continued the road with awarenes that something wasnt right. We mDe around 300/350km with unknown damage on the wheels! After the other driver came to replace him, he realized that sound that was coming from under the bus surely isnt good so he finaly safely stoped the bus on first posible gas station and we had to wait for another bus to pick us up and take us to TBS Kuala Lumpur. The other bus was good.

Not enough stops on the bus only one 10minute stop. This lead to us arriving at our final destination 3hours too early, this wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t 3:30am when we arrived! Not ideal for a girl traveling alone & having just arrived in a foreign country. Also the bus was very cold (probably about 10degrees different to that outside).

Der Bus war pünktlich (sogar auf die lange Strecke) und die Sitze recht gemütlich. Obwohl wir keine Plätze nebeneinander auf der Reservierung hatten, hat sich der Busfahrer dafür eingesetzt, dass wir doch nebeneinander sitzen konnten. Dafür gab es leider keine Ansage über Pausen.

Wir hatten eine Panne die nach ca 45 Minuten behoben wurde. Eigentlich kein Problem, da wir die Erfahrung bei fast allen Busfahrten gemacht haben. Allerdings ist der Bus am Grenzübergang Woodland einfach ohne uns abgefahren, da unsere Passkontrolle etwas länger gedauert hat. Ärgerlich da es dort weder Möglichkeiten zum Geldwechsel oder abheben gibt. Außerdem hat uns das natürlich nochmals eine Stunde gekostet.
Empfehlung: immer rennen am Grenzübergang, sonst ist der Bus weg....

Comfortable seats, helpful staff, and a reliable journey time. The roads were well paved so no difficulties there. It was a bit confusing at first knowing how to check in or whether it was necessary but using my own intuition I found a counter and got the tickets printed.

The bus was ok... just feel a little bit strange when we arrive at the bus. Our number already been seated. The driver told us we can seat everywhere we want. But finnally we found out we are taking the wrong bus. It’s the officer at the boarding gate told us to get in that bus. I’ll already ask twice. When we arrive at Putrajaya, we just know that it’s the wrong bus. But the driver help ud to get in the next bus to our destination for free. Bus is recommended for clean smells good and AC is cold

I booked a more expensive ticket just for the comfort (wifi, snacks..) and well it didn't have anything, not even a USB plug to charge my phone. Plus, an unfriendly driver.

Well, we got there, hence the "2nd star". The following issues occurred: 1) The bus left 1.5 hours late. 2) When it started raining, the driver left the luggage compartment open on the side of the bus allowing many of the bags to get wet. 3) When entering the bus, the choice of music has many swear words and was quite vulgar. 4) For about half the trip, the driver and his companion talked so loudly it was hard to even think. 5) The bus was so cold (I'm normally a fan of a "cold drive", but, this was excessively cold!). 6) We arrived 2.5 hours late to our destination. 7) The driver answered phone calls while driving several times. ... I normally don't leave reviews, good or bad, but I just thought it should be known. And, in all fairness, the other time that we took Transnasional it was on time, comfortable, and a very good trip.

Very unfriendly busdriver! Bus was good, seats also. We made a little break and the busdriver didn’t say how long we would stay there. If my boyfriend didn’t stopped the bus he would have driven without me and it seems he doesn’t matter at all.

The bus in general was ok, nothing compared to aeroline though.
However the bus driver was totally unfriendly! There was an old lady with havy luggage, he rather stood outside smoking then helping here getting into the bus. We even got out at the wrong station, cause we didn't know there are two stops in KL and the bus driver didn't even say which stop it was. He really delivered poor service, such a shame.

Nach Vorlage des Vouchers in gedruckter Form, mussten wir zusätzlich am Transnational Counter für den Ausdruck der Tickets zahlen, warum?
Der eingesetzte Bus war sauber und pünktlich. Die Sitze bequem, Aircondition ok.

OK this was my experience on the day.
The bus was spacious and nice. Driver was good and we made one stop for 20min along the way. I stressed over so many bad bus reviews and bit the bullet with these and was most pleased. Having to book again for a trip to Malacca so hopefully will be as good. We were 30min late in the end but was traffic.
I think just try travel in the day and keep a little eye on things. I crossed the border years ago travelling with another company and got left behind at 2am.
Overall was great trip (on that day :) )

The bus was comfortable, but it showed up at TBS 15 minutes late. The stop for toilette use should be in a better one. No toilette paper neither extra clean as it should be

Arrived at 3:30 instead of 2, wasn’t given any instruction on when to hop off for food/toilet breaks compared to just stopping to pick up passengers or how long we had at the stop to eat before the bus left.

Trip was ok, as it should be. But nobody says that it was going to Butterworth instead of Sungei Nibong, it was me that in a gas station I realised it. So I asked the driver and my family and I, plus six more people in the same bus had to change to another bus! Lucky for us, the other bus had stopped at the same gas station.
