Islam OMy driver arrived early and claimed he could not park at the hotel, which I know is incorrect. Even after I provided the driver's details to the hotel parking officer, I was told to walk to the parking lot. That lot turned out to be a little over a mile away. I have a health condition and cannot walk that distance, making this situation incredibly difficult.They advertise premium cars—which is the least they could do given their exorbitant fees—but the car was small, old, and completely uncomfortable. I regret not just taking an Uber, which would have cost significantly less.
