The ride was comfortable. The attitide of the driver was not good with couple of travellers. Lots of seats were damaged and the driver forced a couple to sit on those seats which was unfair. Moreover, During the journey he stopped the bus for more than 1 hour to change the tyres which should not have been part of the journey and due to this we reached around 2 hours late on our destination.

Never again! I had a very unsafe and unpleasant experience with this driver. During the ride, he smoked inside the car, played music at ridiculously high volumes (despite being asked to turn it down more than 4 times), and constantly talked on his phone while driving. He was also texting without wearing a seatbelt and drove at dangerously high speeds, taking curves recklessly. Honestly, it felt like riding with a teenager who just got their driver’s license days ago, not a professional driver, on a 4-hour trip. I do not recommend this driver for safety reasons.

Took us to the wrong bus stop. Driver helped us to find a taxi driver when we ended up in the wrong place. Staff at traveling.com took a month to say that the issue was resolved and it wasn't. The 'resolution' was that the bus took us to the destination city so we were not enitlited to a resolution and that they were not able to contact the operator. To be booking fares with an operator surely you need to be able to contact them. This all meant that we booked a hotel in the wrong part of town and had to pay for two taxis.

It was a living hell there was no air conditioner. We took a bus from Kotor to Tirana and it was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. There was no air conditioning at all, and the trip lasted 8 hours — more than 2 hours longer than scheduled. The heat inside the bus was unbearable, and at times we felt like we might suffer from heatstroke. It was extremely uncomfortable, exhausting, and completely unacceptable for such a long journey. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Angry dangerous driver, 8 hr trip, no aircon. Most of the passengers did their best to cope. The driver made at least 20 phonecalls while driving, so unsafe, also illegal. Just check his phone log. He only allowed one stop for toilet break at 1.45pm, after we got on the bus at 8 am, then acted like he was doing us a favour. He argued with a passenger while driving- that should never happen, he should either ignore them or stop. The aircon was not working. Extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy. I will use a different bus service next time.

The 6 hour Journey ended up being a 10 hour Journey.. It was also very hot in the bus. The driver was kinda funny. The length of the trip and it was hot.

Hot bus, no washrooms. No air conditioning or open windows on the bus. Super hot and sweaty for 7.5 hours. The trip was advertised as 6 hours but took 7.5 hours.

The ride from hell. Nothing to like, except managing to get from A to B. Hah! Where do I start. The driver was 30 mins late. The A/C was not working. Neither was the wifi. Many seats were broken, i.e. reclined to an almost horizontal position. The company had sold too many tickets, so people were standing in the aisle. on a 7 hour coach journey. The only break came an hour before the end- cue strategic hydration. At one point the driver pulled over ON THE MOTORWAY to check if anyone was eating. The border crossing into Albania had the entire coach stood in the baking sun having their passports scrutinised at a painfully slow pace. And the final straw… the bus doesn’t actually drop you off in the centre, but 5km south of it. The bus into the centre takes an additional 30 mins. All in all, a 9 HOUR journey from Kotor. Can you handle it? I was tested!
