Tunde CMy trip was cancelled without notice me, I only found out about it being cancelled at the port from a lady. Secondly, I couldn't get any proof that it was cancelled so they could refund my money, now I don't know if I'll ever see the money. It wasn't small, more like €60. Luckily the another boat that picked me up left and then I had to order an overpriced taxi to the place where they were supposed to pick me up but none of that happened. They cancelled everything without notice. And they even sent me some documents the day before that I had insurance and similar things. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

Juergen BThe trip to Koh Lipe was okay. The way back to Hat Yai was not. The persening on the roof of the speedboat had a lot of holes, we got completely drenched by seawater. Wet to the bone, like we went swimming. Due to this we had to change clothes before going into the bus and the time was tight. And although our driver knew our flight departure time and there was not enough time he still stopped for people to do souvenir shopping and another stop to buy a beverage for himself. When we arrived at the airport our flight was already boarding and only because of the exemplary nice staff of Air Asia reopened the counter we could still drop off our checked luggage. All in all that was the worst airport/ferry transfer we ever had. We will not book them again.

The Hi Lipe team was incredibly attentive throughout my entire trip. They texted me the day before with all the necessary information, the boat departed right on time, and upon arriving at the pier, someone was already waiting for us with my name on a sign. The final leg of the journey in the van to the airport was also very fast and smooth.
Overall, an excellent service with great quality from their entire team. Congratulations on a job well done.
