Possibly the best cross-boarder service I’ve been on. They have an English-speaking guide providing visa assistance throughout and they are on top of everything. Coach was clean, cool and spacious as well.

The bus arrived on time and we were given water, an iced coffee and a croissant. The bus was comfortable with reclining seats and lots of leg room. The journey and border crossing was smooth as the staff helped with obtaining visas for Cambodia.

Excellent service, bus left on time and was comfortable. Passports given over to the assistants when on the bus itself, who spoke good English and then helped with a smooth border crossing into Cambodia. Cold water bottles handed out at the start, and we’re quickly served a complimentary Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. Decent lunch included at a roadside cafe after the border, and the journey took as long advertised. Would travel again with this company.

The bus ran to time and the staff's explanation of each step of the border process was clear, meaning there were no issues, even when other travellers did not have the correct visas. The staff fixed this and after only a short delay everyone was back on the bus.

Honestly couldnt fault this trip at all! Staff was so good at keeping us informed about what was happening, when we stop etc. will definitely use giant ibis again whenever i get the chance :)

Bus at time, exchange money at their office Dong to Riel, SIM card a bit more expensive than the original but available with the best phone provider of Cambodia "cellcard" for 12$/30 days (6go per day + 120min call). The bus was comfortable and the stuff really friendly and English speaker. They provide some snack on the way and few stops to rest. They are also the one dealing with the passeport and visa for Cambodia. I recommande this company!
