Joaquin LI had to take two new tickets, after buying the first two in the platform, but they weren’t sended on time to my email. Now they say that it was my fault. Horrible service. The worst platform to buy tickets all over the world. I am going to tell to everybody and i wont stop complaining until I will receive muy refund. I am an experienced lawyer, so lets wait to me.

Andy MQuick and on time ferry. Seats are rigid and not too comfortable. Toilets are pretty dirty and missing any toilet paper, soap or hand sanitiser.

Otfried KThe ticket mail mentioned pier 1 as checkin point but in reality it was pier 3. We had to run 800 m with all our baggage to get the ferry in time.

Catrina GBoat took us to tagbailarán pier instead of Panglao which was an extra 30 minute boat journey then charged us 150 pesos each for a transfer which took nearly an hour with stops. No warning about the change of destination.

W. EWell, it might be nice. If you have information on the steps, it takes to board the ferry, like buying a ticket, then paying the port tax, then, the Navy tax, in a certain order, informing your clients what will be required of them to actually board the faring.

Mounah JIf you book this ferry go to Pier 3! I believe pier 1 is for buying tickets and pier 3 is where lite ferries will pick you up. We got the tourist package which gave us indoor seating with Ac. I highly recommend this route! Trip was pretty comfortable and as a plus, the crew sang merry Christmas to us, so cute!
