Terms of Use:

1. Usage instructions: After booking, passengers will receive two PDF files containing two electronic vouchers in their email. Please present the QR codes at the facility on the day of your visit to redeem your tickets.
2. Validity Period:

• Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass 5 Day: The reservation date can be extended by 90 days. Have Fun in Hiroshima Pass 1 Week Free Pass: 270 days after purchase.

3. Refund and Change Policy: Tickets can be canceled if they have not been used during the entire validity period.
4. A rail pass user must enter Japan as a "temporary visitor."
