Leg room was amazing, you have a good meter if not 1.5m in front of you, so you can properly recline your seat, almost horizontally. You get a blanket, a small pillow, a bottle of water and a small pack of snacks. The bus is a bit run down, but nothing dramatic. The weird thing is the stop in the middle of the night at a 24hours restaurant (it was around 12am/1am), where you don't realise how long you have, if you have time for getting food, and it's a bit stressful. Having a sandwich ready with you will make it easier I reckon.

No information about any stops in between and the length of it and about the arrival time. I nearly missed the boat to the Islands.
A bit more conversation between staff and costumers was great! The luggage was handled very rude.

Trip to Ranong from Bangkok was very smooth, comfortable seat, little snack, juice and water, the only flaw that almost ruined it was a water leak it started raining about halfway there and I woke up cause I got rained on. Luckily the bus wasn't full so I switched seat. Thank you for bringing me safe and sound to destination.

Unfriendly crew, no service on board, defunct safety belts, defunct toilet, busdriver smoking in the cabin, too many stops, noisily talking crew prevented us from sleeping. No free meal. The only positive: We arrived safely after all and in time. Don't book at Newmits Tours, others offer better service

we use 12go via niomit every year. Good service, friendly stuff, usefull information from 12go. Traveling in asia sometimes tricky but everytimes it works because Thai staff find suitable solutions.

The bus driver is good-driving and arrive Ranong earlier than estimated. However, seats are not clean and the air-condition is not strong enough.
It should be more well-prepared to become a good selection.

The Lady at the southern Bus Terminal says to me that i had booked for 4 persons... and i think thats the Tessin while i payed around 30€ for the onewayticket... my voucher says 2 persons, ne and my daughter... it will be very nice if you can give me a groupon for the way back from ranong to Bangkok...please let me know if its possible... big greets from kho phayam , Rhiana Riechers

Punctual departure and arrival.. reclining seats were ok but not fantastic - more suited to 5 ft Thais than 6 ft brits. Info about dutration of stops would have been nice - hard to know if there was time for a toilet break when we stopped in the middle of the night. But generally a good service at a good price.

Better than I expected. I would have preferred the stops to be announced when we stop for a toilet break or at our destination! Also I think if the company was to provide dried fruits instead of an artifical baked bun they might get more people enjoying the offer. Can their not be water refills instead of plastic bottles. I know how Thailand are trying to reduce plastic waste. Thank you!

The bus driver was good we felt safe but the bus was a disaster. The first couple of hours were okay and then they turned the aircon off/down and it got HOT, smelly and extremely stuffy. The air was wet and no chance to open windows or to ask driver to turn the air con back on as they are separated from the passengers. At one stage I had water dripping constantly into my from one of the curtains, goodness knows where that was coming from... we were in the older bus and I’m sure if you’re in the new one it’s okay, but this was awful.

A normal bus experience! Free pillow, blanket, water and snack. Toilet on board although I didn't use it. Bus driver doesn't speak English so make sure you know where to get off the bus! also yes, they drive fast but if you're asleep then no worries :p!

The trip was actually very smooth, uneventful and with very few passengers. Reached destination an hour earlier. Only reason for 3 stars is the lack of the usual service (food, drinks) apart from one small bottle of water, and that they threw my bag in a puddle upon arrival.

I paid for vip24 but they made me travel on a bus older than at least 15 years compared to the one in the picture. the staff spoke out loud for at least half the trip. at ranong we arrived at 6, not at 7:30, the staff did not adequately warn the passengers that we had arrived, I asked for the pier anyway and they told me to wait for the second stop. the second stop was a garage for the exclusive use of the company, here all the taxis and tuktuk offered rates for the transfer to the pier more than doubled (50 bath) and even speed boat packages for the islands, more than inflated. be careful, the feeling is that the company avoids to get you off at the first bus stop because they work together with the drivers.

Perfect travel! The seats are really comfortable and they become almost like BEDS. You have a lot of space. Driver was really good, save trip. We traveled from southern Station Bangkok to Ranong with others busses...and this is also good. PERFECT TRIP

Bus was very comfotbable. Big seats. Water, juice and filled bun was nice present we didn”t expect. Anyway, aircondition was too strong for me. I had a blanket, warm hoodie and catched cold.

Very comfortable & punctual, I made the error of not booking from Sai Tai Mai (Bkk Souhern terminal) through to the Niomit office so had to pay the 60 bhat transfer, lesson learned !
Other than that, all was good.
