เส้นทางโฮจิมินห์ซิตี้ ไป ฮานอย เป็นเส้นทางที่ได้รับความนิยมมากที่สุด มีเที่ยวบินเปิดให้บริการมากถึง 25 เที่ยวต่อวัน ใช้เวลาในการเดินทางเพียง 2 ชั่วโมง 10 นาที
จุดหมายปลายทางอื่น ๆ ในเวียดนามที่เปิดให้บริการและได้รับความนิยมจากนักเดินทาง ได้แก่

Prima en comfortabel. Het was beter geweest als 12GO mij vooraf duidelijker geïnformeerd had, dat bij de ticketprijs GEEN bagage inclusief is, zoals bij de bus/trein. Nu moesten we op de airport US $28 extra voor de backpack betalen en dat is best veel in verhouding tot het ticket.

Der Flug war gut, das Gate würde geändert und nirgends würde es durch gegeben oder angezeigt. Dann kamen noch Passagiere von anderen Flieger, der wohl an dieses Gate verschoben wurde. Großes Durcheinander. Mit 30 Min. Verspätung flogen wir dann los.

Für eine billig Airline ganz ok. Hatten eine Stunde Verspätung, dies wurde uns aber schon beim Check In mitgeteilt. Immerhin hat der Pilot anschliessend Schub gegeben und wir konnten die verlorene Zeit einwenig aufholen.

Am Flughafen hat man uns gefragt, ob wir auf den früheren Flug umbuchen möchten. Hier gäbe es nur noch Sitze in der ersten Reihe, daher ein kleiner Aufpreis. Wir wollten zunächst beim gebuchten Flug bleiben, dieser war sann aber plötzlich verspätet, sodass wir doch Variante 1 genommen haben. Hier hat dann aber eigentlich alles gut geklappt

The flight with VietJet Air went really well. The staff at the airport was really helpful and the flight boarded on time. There were 30 minutes delay on the runway but this was due to bad weather at the destination airport and we were not allowed to take off. HOWEVER, I need to express serius concerns about the 12GO webpage and their booking system. They issue so called booking confirmations/vouchers and not electronic tickets which will cause a lot of problems at the airport because their vouchers do not contain PNR number (six alphanumeric characters) which you need to do check in. So you have 2 options: Option 1: send email to 12GO and ask them to send it to you (this will take a lot of time) or Option 2: go to VietJet Air office before the flight and kindly ask them to search for you via passenger name (which I did) and then issue you a ticket. If you don't do that and just arrive on airport, good luck to you.

When we tried to check in on the ”self check in machine” , it said that our booking was cancelled and that was a source of big stress for us, as we had planned and booked all the hotel and activities in Saigon .. The employees couldn’t find our tickets neither, as if they were not used to 12Go Asia e-tickets .. but at last the customer service employee was able to help us and print the right ticket that the other employees could use to check us in… we booked many Times with 12Go Asia and it was the first time we faced this problem ..

Flug von Hanoi nach Can Tho war super. Alles einfach. Voucher vorgelegt, Bordkarten erhalten. Alles easy. Meine Erfahrungen mit 12Goasia waren super. Vor 5 Jahren in Thailand, als auch jetzt 2022 in Vietnam. Alles einfach zu buchen. Rückzahlung wegen ausgebuchtem Zug sofort erhalten und alternative erhalten. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Actual flight was fine, everything went smoothly. Only issue was that the booking confirmation from 12Go did not have the confirmation the airline needed although this was sorted by the staff at the airport.

As always, 12go makes booking so easy. The flight was delayed around 45 min but, as all travellers should, we had arrived early enough and had left loads of time on the other side that this was no problem. The flight was nice and the airports in both locations excellent. Catching a shuttle bus in Saigon to our hotel, no problem.

Worst company ever. App made mistake they wouldn't solve because lame service. We had to buy a second ticket in a better company. Wasted 90 dollars. Don't ever travel with them!

The flight was alright, despite leaving 1 hour late. Terminal was extremely busy but check in was efficient.

2 keer met Vietjet gevlogen. 1 ste van Da Nang naar HCMC: vlucht van 16:45 uur was geannuleerd, daarna kregen wij vlucht om 18:05uur die eindelijk om 19:45 vertrok. Daarna nog lange wachttijd voor het ophalen van de bagage gehad. 2de vlucht van HCMC naar Phu Quoc: vervroegd met 15 min. die toch half uur vertraging gehad met vlotte bagage service. Kregen voor beide vliegtuigen verwittiging via email over veranderde vertrek tijden. Toch gewenst een betere vluchtschema.

Malgré une très mauvaise note à l’aller je constate qu’il y a de l’espoir ! Gros contraste, personnel souriant et aidant, départ à l’heure et embarquement des plus ordonnés. Comme quoi une première impression n’est pas nécessairement la bonne !

The driver was very nice, but after 15 minutes in the bus, we were requested to change to another bus. This second driver was crazy, very unpolite and not helpful at all, he could not speak a single word of english. Very bad experience!

Delayed flight (almost 2 hrs), no compensation of any kind, two stàrs because we were informed a couple of days in advance so we could utilize our time better

Everything was ok except the fact that we were 45min late and we got no reason for it.

The flight was delayed twice! We waited in the airport quite long and arrived in Ho Chi Minh 2am, which was not ideal. Thankfully our hotel manager waited, but they could have not for this late check in. Also for the multiple delayes the airline could have offered complimentary free drink or snack or something, but nothing. A little dissapointed.

Another flight booked with 12go 1 day before departure only to have it again changed just as we arrived to airport meaning another long wait. Times don't seem up to date with regards to flights even with it being so close to departure time
