2 Plätze unten hinter dem Fahrer sind optimal. Viel Platz. Warme Sachen zum Anziehen nicht vergessen. Düsen für die Aircondition lassen sich nicht komplett schließen. 2 oder 3 Stops unterwegs sind ausreichend. Lunchpaket kann man vergessen...

Seats were really comfy, and they reclined almost all the way back. Drive was smooth and the driver stopped a few times to have a break for 10 minutes, which I think was really good because there's no way he should have to drive 12 hours straight. Didn't sleep much but that's no reflection on the journey.

Driver was very safe. Seats were much more comfortable than an airplane.
But, the so-called dinner was a bagful of processed sugar junk food. Really revolting and an insult to good health.
For such a long trip, a hot meal should be the norm: rice, vegetables, noodles, etc.

The bus seat was slightly uncomfortable, but nothing major. The driving was good and safe, water, food, blanket was provided. No socket to charge your phone through though. The driver collected an extra 40 baht from everyone at the end, I don't know why since I don't speak Thai. I didn't pay but all the Thai passengers did.

This was the first good overnight bus I have taken in Asia! The bus is set up with reclining seats so rather than sharing a tiny bed with some stranger, like all of the other overnight buses in Asia, you have your own space.
To top it off the bus actually left and arrived on time! Amazing

We left on time and arrived early. The bus was older but in good condition. Three across seating with a very good recline and a footrest and I slept well. Blankets provided came in a sealed bag and seemed to be clean but bring a jacket as well as it does get cold. The driver drove at a sensible speed and did not appear to take risks. Would use this service again.

For an overnight bus service this was perfectly doable. The seats were comfortable enough to sleep and it was nicely air conditioned. Was not a fan of the choices for snacks though. Some fried rice would have been enough for me.

The bus did end in Terminal 2 Udon Thani instead of 1, which is 4km away. We had to take another Tuk Tuk there. In the bus was no dinner just snacks. But the drive was comfortable.

Bus uralt. Sitze waren OK, dicke Decke notwendig da auch für Thai Verhältnisse extrem kalt. Das Klo war leider sehr schmuddelig und nach 1 Stunde am stinken. Lunchpaket gut aber kein Stop. Vip war hier nur der Preis

Die Fahrt war angenehm und sehr ruhig. Das Begleitpersonal freundlich und es wurden zu Beginn Snacks und Wasser für die Fahrt serviert. Kurz vor der Ankunft gab es Kaffee und ein Erfrischungstuch. Die zur Verfügung gestellte Decke brauchte ich, weil die Klimaanlage im Bus sehr kalt eingestellt war.

vip busを予約。バスはとても綺麗で厚めの布団、軽食、水が支給されました。バスにはトイレが有りましたが狭く床が水浸しで利用を躊躇しましたが12時間一度も途中休憩無かったので我慢して利用しました。座席はかなりリクライニング出来きゆったり出来ましたが仮眠ぐらいしか取れませんでした。旅費を抑えたい人にはいいと思いますが寒さと睡眠不足は覚悟が必要です。

It was a very good ride. We left Chiang Mai on time and arrive to destination half an hour earlier than scheduled. The staff was kind and helpful and, considering it was a bus ride, it was comfortable and nice.

Good in general ☺ Too cold, but OK with the covers. Well surprised with the small package of food :-) Toillet could be better!... Not happy at all with the price, charged higher than it was supposed, including travel insurance that I did not ask for - grrrr !!!!! :-(

Too noisy, beacuse the stuff talked too loud full night.
They put a motorbike on the floor. It blocked the way an in case of accident there's no chance to survive. Stuff don't speak english. They didn't drop me off at uduonthani bus station.

Seats were comfortable, some snacks and a small bottle of water provided. Driver drove quite fast, blankets (which were needed because it was cold and the ac was on) smelt and were damp. Overall a good trip, just not as great a service as other Thai buses we've been on.

Surprising comfortable. My first trip with a VIP-bus and I was more than relieved over the huge leg room which was enough for a 2m person. Excellent seats which could changed for sleeping. Nice crew. One tasty meal, street food I think. I had not visited the toilet. One small minus: all people went to sleep shortly, so I had no idea why to play a quite disturbing Transformer movie...but it ended ca. 22h. Overall a really nice comfortable trip. Thank you!

Blankets provided. Lights and TV went off around 10 but back on before 6 ???? Comfortable, toilets a little stinky but all in all great. We arrived an hour earlier than scheduled too

Modern comfortable bus. Only complaint was aircon was too cold. I know you can turn off the vent which I did but still didn't quite do the trick.

Spacious coach, plenty of leg-room, and seats that reclined almost fully. Free soft drinks and snacks on boarding. But as others say, cold! Could have done with an extra layer of clothing, despite the blanket-tube that came with the trip.
Driver was good: no speeding, observed all signs, laws etc. Not much bothered by reports of accidents - we have them in the U.K. as well...
Perhaps make more explicit the boarding point at the side of Bus Station 2, rather than just a road name. That was a bit confusing.
I will certainly use the service again, if need be.

Very comfortable and roomy seats. They recline very far for sleeping. Noisy so bring earplugs. Good service but the snacks are all sugar so many people cannot eat them. I am afraid many are wasted and thrown in the trash adding to Thailand’s trash problem. Good driver and attendants. I would use again but bring my own food. Thank you.

It was a beautiful smooth over night ride . Driver was a cautious driver . Comfortable seats and they provided snacks and treats for the ride. Good tour!
