Starlite Ferries เป็นบริษัทเรือข้ามฟากโดยสาร ที่ตั้งอยู่ในเมืองบาตังกัส ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ และดำเนินการโดยบริษัท Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. ซึ่งเป็นบริษั โลจิสติกส์ในกรุงมะนิลา ส่วนใหญ่ให้บริการในบาตังกัส, ซีลางังมินโดโร, โรมโบลน, อักลัน, เกาะเซบู และฮีลากังซูรีเกา นอกจากนี้บริษัทสตาร์ไลท์ยังเป็นบริษัทเรือข้ามฟากชั้นนำที่ดำเนินงานในภูมิภาคมีมาโรปาและหมู่เกาะวิซายัสทางตะวันตกของประเทศ
ปัจจุบัน Starlite Ferries เริ่มดำเนินการเมื่อปี 1995 (พ.ศ. 2538) ด้วยเรือ MV Starlite Ferry ซึ่งเป็นเรือลำแรกที่เปิดให้บริการ บริษัทสตาร์ไลท์ เฟอร์รี่ได้รับการยอมรับในด้านการบริการ ทั้งพนักงานมือที่เป็นมืออาชีพ และให้ความสำคัญกับการบริการลูกค้า เชื่อถือได้ปลอดภัยและสะดวกสบาย

เรือจะออกเดินทางจากท่ารถบาตังกัส ไป ท่าเทียบเรือโบราเคย์คาติแคลน ใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 9 ชั่วโมง และเรือข้ามฝากขากลับไปบาตังกัส ซึ่งมีรอบเรือให้เลือกหลายเที่ยวต่อวัน เพื่อให้คุณได้เลือกสรรในแบบที่คุณต้องการได้
บาตังกัส ไป นครโรซัส
เรือจะออกเดินทางจากท่ารถบาตังกัส ไป ท่าเทียบเรือแดนเกย์ ที่นครโรซัส
บาตังกัส ไป ซิบูยัน
เรือจะออกเดินทางจากท่ารถบาตังกัส ไป ท่าเทียบเรือโบราเคย์คาติแคลน ใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 9 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที และเรือข้ามฝากขากลับไปบาตังกัส

เรือจะออกเดินทางจากท่าเรือโอดิโอนกัน ไป ท่าเรือร็อกซัสดันเกย์ ที่ซีลางังมินโดโร ใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที และเรือข้ามฝากขากลับไปโอดิอองกัน ซึ่งมีรอบเรือให้เลือกหลายเที่ยวต่อวัน เพื่อให้คุณได้เลือกสรรในแบบที่คุณต้องการได้
คาติแคลน ไป ซีลางังมินโดโร
เรือจะออกเดินทางจากท่าเทียบเรือโบราเคย์ ไป ท่าเรือร็อกซัสดันเกย์ ที่ซีลางังมินโดโร ใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 4 ชั่วโมง และเรือข้ามฝากขากลับไปคาติแคลน ซึ่งมีรอบเรือให้เลือกหลายเที่ยวต่อวัน เพื่อให้คุณได้เลือกสรรในแบบที่คุณต้องการได้

Someone should remind passengers if they already paid terminal fee, not on the time of boarding, specially early morning trips, every one are not familiar with the process.

It was my first time to travel going to Nasipit and I must say very worth it. The vessel is very nice and clean as well as the staff are very accommodating and courteous together with their warm smiles. Kudos to all the team of Starlite and of course to our Captain for bringing us safe to our places. I do hope you will keep it up and exceed more the standards of local shipping industry.

I like the staff, they are all accommodating and friendly. The bunk beds are great specially in tourist area. The comfort rooms in ladies are great except that there are no tissue in the room, may be if you ask the staff they can provide, but who have time for that.

We are supposed to be in tourist then you emailed us that the tourist slots are full already, so you came up with the solution that we have to book in cabin, so we did. Then when we were on board already, the crew said that their are no cabin available for us so they transferred us to tourists again and refund the money that we added for cabin. Your system is so poor and the crew had a hard time to fix the problem we encountered.

The ticketing outlet in culasi port is very slow.. A lot of passengers are already in the line but the one who is in charge of releasing the ticket keeps on calling, lying in his chair and talking to someone.

Starlite Management has no coordination with Port personnel. 6pm schedule was delayed of 3 hrs. and we were advised that it was resched to 9pm. We were not allowed to enter boarding due to overloaded passengers inside. We were advised to wait until they have called that vessel is ready for boarding and that was the time we will go inside. We were called to enter around 9pm, only to be disgusted that the vessel have left already. You have no idea of our struggles outside the boarding area. We have our online bookings and you're not checking if those who have booked were there inside before your captain left. SO UNPROFEESIONAL! Your crews don't even bother to offer a hand for passengers upon entering the vessel for their baggage. You should be checking your passengers list before boarding just like 2go travels. Make sure you have made a final call of your passengers. Comfort rooms are not comfortable. Nobody's cleaning from time to time and other doors were locked. Only 2 is operating.

Sumakay ako na may dalang maliit na aso may ako at yung aso . Pagdating sa barko kailangan ihiwalay aso sa akin . Ok lang pero ang aso ay magkakahol kung ihihiwalay sa akin , hindi ako pumayag sabi ko bigyan nyo kami o ilagay nyo na lang kami sa isang sulok pinaka dulo kama sa biyahe na yan maramaing bakante .nali usap ako sa labas kami ng barko magdamag masama ang panahon maulan at at maalon mahangin sa walang naawa sa amin .na mga crew para papasukin kami sa loob kahit isang buong section na walang tao o pasahero para may masilungan kami . Ang tigas ng puso nila umulan mahangin maalon basa sa labas ng barko hindi kami pinanansin ng crew nyo

Also, the short fat lady/receptionist (nov 6/ 7am in charge) on the deck checking/spraying alcohol her facial features is a bit disturbing maybe she is not in the mood to work or have a bad day while the rest of the staff and the tall firm lady receptionist is so nice

Comfort room with tissue. Crew after duty all aver around with their sleeping clothes. Economy area totally wet from batangas to bacolod haven’t seen any crew to dry of mop. Crew seen some setting on chairs with phone and setting like home. Most it the crew are not approachable. Not like how you show on tv onboard. Sorry I am trying to be honest so we can emproved.
Ship are totally brand new nothing to complain.

Not this time the meal is served in very late as in late they said that 1130 but they served around 430pm the heck how we supposed to eat our lunch and the crew is very lazy.

This is my first time to use the website of 12go..easy to understand the transaction is very smooth, and fast. it gives you trabsactions details...i think it would be better if they include more details in a certain trip e.g (description of the accomodation, inclusion etc) for that is very important for the online costumer...

Super crowded. Unorganize. Food is pricey for 1 ulam. Their free meal is only 1 spoon ulam. The ride isn't that smooth.

It was almost a hassle free online transaction, except that we were not notified that the trip will be cancelled due to a typhoon. We would've never knew if we didnt check it ourselves and requested you to rebook our ticket to next available date. Don't know what could've happened if we didnt. I suggest you to please be mindful and update customers prior to their travel dates, especially when there's special announcements. Thanks

Says to arrive two hours before. Unnecessary. Then the time of the ferry was an hour later. Not bc it was late. Just the wrong time on the website.
