Everything was taken care of from the beginning to the end. The trip to island was crazy bumpy due to the weather so if someone has a poor stomach I don’t recommend Lomprayah.

Easy to check-in on the pier in phi phi, people all pointed me towards check-in desk and told me who I needed to go to. There was then people waiting otherside in krabi with the company sign so was obvious what bus to get and the bus then drops you right outside the final boat. Both boats can be quite bumpy so if you get sea sick would be best to take tablets.

Super comfortable ans well organize. It went betterbthan we expected. Speed brat was nice and on time. There is staff everywhere to point you in the right direction. It is super easy to get around. Once moved to bus, ride was also really nice. We stopped 2 times, for a bathroom break 5min, and 30min break so we had enough time to grab quick lunch. We asked od they can stop for us close to Phuket airport and they did. They stop on point where there are taxi drivers, 7/11 and atm so it was super easy to grab a taxi and go to the airport. Great service and great value for money. Highly recommend

Katamaran je bio brz ali poslije bus je bio spor pa smo kasnili 2 sata. Bus stariji i baš ne ugodan ali je bilo mjesta da se premjesti pa se ima 2 mjesta. I naravno klima kao i svuda u Tajlandu, treba jakna i čarape 😁

Very organized. In truth, we were not left at Tapee Pier but rather a Pier called THE PIER. Then there were a number of buses at the pier waiting for you. We went directly to Surat old town and the bus terminal area.

Der Transfer hat super funktioniert. Wir sind zwar eine halbe Stunde später am Ziel gewesen, aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Man sollte aber bedenken, dass man nicht direkt in der Stadt, sondern an Lompraya Office oder am Flughafen rausgelassen wird.

Overtocht bewust geboekt vanaf de Tapee pier omdat wij daar zeer nabij in een hotel zouden zitten. Scherp geweest op juist deze locatie en tijd omdat in andere reviews voorbij kwam dat er soms vanaf deze pier eerst een uur met een mini-van naar de Donsak pier gereden moet.
Geboekt: vertrek vanaf Tapee pier, afvaart om 8u. Nergens in het boekings proces afwijkende tijden of opstapplaats meegekregen. Leek allemaal goed geregeld dus.
Na het afronden van de betaling kwam vrij snel een bevestiging via de mail. Verzamel locatie idd nabij de Tapee pier. Maar de afvaart toch vanaf Donsak. Wat wij dus helemaal niet wilden en ook niet eerder in de info tijdens het boeken hadden meegekregen. Tijd afvaart idd 8u, vanaf Donsak! Vertrek vanaf Tapee dus toch om 7, en het dringend verzoek er wel minimaal een uur van tevoren aanwezig te zijn. Dus 6u!!
Kortom. Niet wat wij wilden. Als dit tijdens het boekingsproces duidelijk was aangegeven hadden wij hier zeker niet voor gekozen. Als je hiervoor kiest is daar niets mis mee, maar wees dan transparant tijdens het boeken.
Uiteindelijk er maar voor gekozen een ander hotel te nemen, op 10 minuten afstand van de Donsak pier zodat we daar gewoon tegen 8u heen konden wandelen en opstappen. Achteraf hadden we deze overtocht beter helemaal zonder deze boeking kunnen doen want de veerboot kaart los aan de balie kopen is stukken goedkoper. Maar dat is dan ook wel weer logisch aangezien
je dus ook voor een uurtje mini-van vervoer betaald.
Overtocht heen met de veerboot van Raja niets op aan te merken. Oudere veerboot. Mooie afgesloten zitruimte met goede stoelen en airco als je ervoor kiest. Buiten/binnen zitten ook mogelijk. Diverse verkoopmachines met snacks en drinken aan boord. Gewoon keurig.
Terug met de speedboot van Lomprayah. Dat is een open en lage boot met harde houten bankjes die in anderhalf uur teruggaat met een tussenstop op Ko Samui. Niets aan comfort of faciliteiten aan boord dus wel voor die tijd even naar het toilet gaan.
Lage beoordeling dus vanwege de organisatie door 12goasia en niet vanwege de overtocht met de boot.

Von Koh Pha-Ngan ging es im Speedboot nach Surat Thani. Dort in einen kleinen V
Bus und nochmals in einen kleinen Van bei Krabi, daraufhin in ein kleines Longboat. Hat alles bestens funktioniert und wir waren sogar eine halbe Stunde eher da.

Strange that you start at a Pier where you take the bus for a 50 minute ride

The trip was good and comfortable, boarding the ship was well organized. I wish we had a little more time at the pier inbetween boat and bus. To be fair, the bus was delayed in the end so we had a total of 35 min break there, i wish it was like it by default (originally we had 20 as we left the boat as some of the last people). The bus was very comfortable with a lot of room for legs. The bus trip took around 6 hours with an additional 25 minute break at a stop with a shop with snacks and a nice food court. And the drivers and staff were amazing every step of the trip. 5

Ferry to Koh Phangan, then speed boat to Surat Thani, then bus to Krabi. The bus stops at Lomprayah Krabi office, then a mini van will take you to Ao Nammao Pier and finally. a longtail boat will take you to Railay East.

We traveled from Khao San road to Koh Tao. First you take a VIP bus to Chumphon. The bus is super comfy, wide seats, fully reclining chairs. We even got some water and blankets. But, the toilet smelled sooo bad that even through masks you wished you didn't have to breathe.
However, the bus arrived to the ferry before 5 AM, and then we had to wait more than 2 hours for the ferry to leave. This is prime time for mosquitoes so we left full of bites. I honestly don't understand why there has to be a 2 hour wait and why the bus just isn't leaving a bit later? The ferry ride was fine, very quick on the catamaran.

The boat to Koh Tao was extremely crowded and hot, so it felt a bit like a COVID trap. No AC, no fans, and no way to get outside to the deck or to an upper deck outside. The return boat was much better with spacing and AC.

The boat is so uncomfortable, 3 ppl per seat and we so fit on the bench. Due to covid situation... i think they should manage it to not be like this. Make sure that u have a little fan... coz i feel like i was in the oven for 30min.
The best thing is they are nit delayed... thx

Verysmooth transition, once we connected at Lampheya’s dock, but our hotel driver toolis to the wrong peir. Good thing we went much earlier than we might have otherwise. An ok walk for us but not for everyone.

On 23 Feb the boat from Surat -koh phangan was full and scared everyone inside the boat with surprise big waves (rain and sound having strom caused big wave during transport) to be frank I was thought we may crash in the sea.i never had this bad feeling. Make our family scare speed boat.
Today, 27 Feb return from koh Tao to phangan with catamaran process of issue tickets was mal organized almost 200 people fill in the ticket station even not respect COVID-19 pandemic guidelines. Again when we arrive at Phangan we must wait for the speed boat to SURAT , It was not good organized how your staff communicate with Clients about where, when,how we can take the boat after step down from catamaran. AL teat your staff should know how many passengers and organized the boat for them not like today.

The ride itself was well organized, very confident and safe driver! The sea was rough and the trip manager took good care of the guests, providing us with sick bags, which were well received.
Finding the starting point could be slightly better. The 12go directions lead to the (closed) office of the ferry company instead to the pier.

All good, everyone helpful and professionalComfort of the vehicle lacking somewhat. Boat was small compared to the catamaran we went on in 2019.
