- Till skillnad från flygresor och ibland tågresor behöver man inte komma till busstationen långt i förväg för att ta bussen. Incheckningen, även på internationella linjer, tar inte mycket tid. Bagagetillstånden är vanligtvis mycket resenärsvänliga, och avgiften för extra bagage, om det finns gränser, är normalt inte särskilt hög.
- Bussbiljetter kan vara mer prisvärda jämfört med flyg- eller snabbtågsbiljetter. Det finns alltid ett urval av biljettklasser för alla plånböcker. - Nyare bussterminaler ligger ofta utanför staden, nära större motorvägar, så att bussarna kan undvika trafikstockningar i staden. Tyvärr kan det också skapa extra utmaningar för resenärerna. Att ta sig till en sådan terminal kan vara ett problem eftersom det på vissa destinationer finns restriktioner för vilka fordon som får köra in i terminalen, och du måste använda särskilda transportmedel för att ta dig dit. Detta leder till högre kostnader eftersom priserna kan vara uppdrivna. The drive was not unpleasant, but the bus lacked toilets, and that’s not what the add said and the driver wasn’t nice, as a foreigner you didn’t feel welcome at all. Very negative energy but we arrived in one piece, and I’m after all thankful for that

Excellent service. Having travelled to ohrid with another company which was a terrible experience the journey with Galed ohrid was excellent. Very clean vehicle, good legroom adding to a comfortable journey. Prompt, great standard of driving. In our opinion this is the only company to use for skopje - ohrid - Skopje trip.

Felt like the journey from hell - never travel on Galeb. Nothing except it did actually get us there - very late! The bus was late, filthy with broken seats and the bus station should have given us seat numbers but didn’t so we ended up sitting separately in the last 2 seats. My husband was in a broken seat and the driver first told me to either get off the bus or sit on the floor until I insisted on taking the seat he had reserved for his own bag and coat. I had been sick earlier in the day and this journey was the worst bus journey we have ever taken. You must tell people booking online tickets that they need a seat number before boarding.

Driver was good and also managed to arrive early. Included short stop after 2 hours for toilet. Seats are comfortable but not a lot of leg room. I booked online but then when you get to station you then have to reconfirm at the office across the road and then again at terminal (and pay 30 DM, can use credit card). Was on the window and not a lot of leg room.

Could’ve been worse. I had to pay more money using your service than the original company, just to be told once I got to the bus station that my ticket isn’t valid until I get a real one from the original company that has an office outside the bus station. They were so slow, almost was late. And yeah, I was supposed to pay an additional 0.5€ fee for some reason to be let in the bus.

Ride to lake Ohrid. Excelent driver, solid bus and good price. There was no instruction how to get ticket before you entering in bus. You should go with your electronic ticket in office Galeb to get papir ticket, and after that buy ticket to enter in bus terminal. Maybe getbybus can charge this bus terminal ticket , when you buy bus ticket via the web???

A fine way to get to Skopje. It was comfortable despite being windy roads and busy. There was a stop along the way for passengers to get off. The bus had the seatbelts removed and had no wifi. It was very hot in the bus.

Borzalmas busz. Pontosan indultunk és 20 perccel hamarabb érkeztünk meg Skopjéba. A légkondi rendesen működött. A busz nagyon koszos volt, az ülésekre, háttámlákra rágógumik voltak ragasztva. Az ülések és háttámlák töröttek, az előttem ülő fiú ülésének a háttámlája folyamatosan hátra esett, ez egyikünknek sem volt kellemes. A függönyök lógtak. A biztonsági övet nem lehetett bekötni.

Lassú buszozás Ohridba. Pontosan indult a busz. Kisebb busz, ami tele volt utassal. A neten vásárolt jegy nem tartalmazott pontos ülésszámot. A vezető mutatta meg a felszálláskor, hova ülhetünk le, viszont erre az ülésre másnak volt érvényes helyjegye, amiből vita támadt. A sofőr eléggé fáradt lehetett, mert többször is majdnem elaludt. Ezen az eredetileg 10 perces, de valójában közel félórás szünet segített valamennyit, mert láttam, hogy több kávét is megiszik. A hegyre alig tudott felkapaszkodni a busz, küszködött a motor, szinte lépésben mentünk (a Google Maps sebességmérője szerint volt, amikor csak 12 km/h volt a sebességünk). Ilyenkor a légkondi sem működött. Majdnem egy órás késéssel érkeztünk meg.

Fast journey, nice bus driver and comfortable ride with one small break. Nice bus driver, the bus came and departed at the scheduled time. The bus was also clean and there was enough space for bags and rucksacks. The air condition was very loud in the back of the bus.

The ride was paused for over half an hour because of motor damage. No information, nor transparency. That a bus for replacement could be found relatively quickly. The bus driver didn't announce that there was something wrong with the motor of the bus, that we cannot continue the ride and that there will come another bus for replacement. Arrival was early. Driver is trying to speak in English despite language barrier. Glad we were able to arrive in the bus station early. Booking with getbybus is so easy. Confirming that I received my bus ticket, printed it and was able to use it properly. The bus seats need a make-over. Seats are quite tight. No space for bags to be placed under the seats.

Grumpy driver not willing to help anyone. The driver was grumpy right from the start. Very unpleasant person. No view because nearly all the windows had leaks and there was condense in between. So no view. All the chairs were broken. No armrests, they had been removed or were broken. Very old bus, beeping and cracking whole ride. Seen by the price we paid around 17€ I would have expect better equipment, plus a kind nicer driver.

Issue in boarding pass. All except geolocation of boarding in boarding pass. Geolocation in boarding pass was wrong, I arrived via google maps according to your coordinates, and there was nothing there, closed ruined parking. Pls change the geolocation in boarding pass to correct one: to Belgrade autobus station geolocation.
