- В отличие от авиаперелетов и иногда – жд поездок приезжать на автостанцию сильно заранее необходимости нет. Регистрация, даже на международных автобусных рейсах, как правило, не занимает много времени. Допуски по багажу тоже весьма и весьма приятные, а если лимиты на вес багажа все-таки установлены, то доплата за перевес почти всегда совсем невысокая.
- Билеты на автобус обычно более доступны, чем билеты на самолет или скорый поезд. Разнообразие классов и тарифов ориентировано на любой кошелек. Самые дешевые варианты, возможно, не самый быстрый способ прибыть в пункт назначения, но свою работу автобусы в любом случае делают. На более длинных маршрутах есть либо туалеты в салоне, либо остановки, билет включает снеки, воду, иногда туалетные принадлежности, одеяла и прочие полезные и приятные вещи.
- Если вы готовы потратить чуть больше, то некоторые ВИПы по комфорту и обслуживанию могут вполне соперничать с бизнес-классом на самолетах: широкие мягкие раскладывающиеся кресла, одеяла, меньшее, по сравнению с обычными автобусами, число пассажиров и прочие бонусы очень скрашивают впечатления от поездки.
Минусы путешествия на автобусе
- Новые междугородние автобусные терминалы нередко расположены на окраине города у оживленных шоссе, чтобы автобусы не вставали в городские пробки. Для путешественника в этом не только плюс, но и минус. Добираться до таких терминалов бывает непросто или долго, плюс в некоторых локациях обслуживать терминалы разрешается не любому транспорту – т.е. даже некоторые службы такси туда не допускают. Как результат – спекулятивные цены на перевозку. Если нужно выезжать в часы-пик, не забывайте заложить дополнительное время на поездку.
- Автобус, наверное, вид транспорта, который наиболее подвержен задержкам и нарушению расписания – если сравнивать с самолетами или поездами. Причин может быть великое множество – от ДТП до ремонта дороги, объезда и т.д. Ситуация ухудшается в дни государственных праздников, длинные выходные, высокий сезон. Учитывайте этот момент и не планируйте коротких стыковок.
- Если вы планируете поездку по одному из наиболее востребованных маршрутов и/или в высокий сезон, стоит озаботиться заблаговременным бронированием билетов. Учитывайте, что просто прийти на автовокзал и уехать ближайшим рейсом возможно далеко не всегда: билеты вполне могут быть распроданы, так что планируйте заранее.

Apart from that, the guy on the bus was very friendly and giving tips and places to visit in our itinerary in vietnam, he was very kind

It can take up to 3/3.5 hours. They always stop (15 minutes) at a very busy reststop with the worst coffee in the world. Gets you from A to B in the end and in time for your cruise.

We stopped at a tourist stopping area for more than 20 minutes where you could buy way too expensive tourist stuff.

Arrival time of 10.30 wasn’t met. We arrived at the drop off around 11.50 am after picking and dropping off several people across several points. Later we thought that the bus conductor knew that small ships don’t leave before 12 so we won’t miss our cruise but the delay had me worried. Overall, bus was super comfortable and journey safe and great.

We had a stop at a Pearl Farm (about 1h) only 10 min away from our final Destination. The vehicle was good, the Crew was friendly but I paid for a transport and not a sales event.

The hours in the timetable don’t match the hours in reality. We were late almost 2h, because the bus needs to pick everyone from their hotels + a mandatory 30min stop in the middle of nowhere with a big tourist shops trying to sell souvenirs- can’t sit in the bus, as the bus is locked and everyone thrown out of it and forced to go to the mall.

My wife was sitting next to the driver and me on the back of the vehicle, and our seat was not as confortable as the others in the middle. It's a shame that we pay the same price than the others passengers. We should réservé the seat and pay differently if it was seats in the middle or in the front or the back

Driver left us in middle of street full of water. He didn't leave us in the hotel. Other cars were crossing and motorbikes too but he refused. We arrived to the hotel walking between the water.

The worst thing first, they make a 'planned stop' at a very well known tourist trap. Which will delay you for 30 minutes for no reason, except that the transporter gets a kickback from every costumer they bring there (this costs them 2 stars here)
As for how the last star is lost. I was very happy to receive a whatsapp from Linh the night before, who figured out that my hotel is not reacable by their big bus, so we hammered out an alternative pick up point (good job Linh). Imagine my surprise when i get a message 7minutes before departure from someone else, wanting to know the same details again.
Turns out they switched out linh and the information got not transfered. Needless to say coordinating this 7 minutes before pick up was a bit hectic.
Given that the costs is at least 2 dollars higher than their direct competitor, who did a much better job for the way back (arguably the harder trip to plan in my specific case), i can not conciously recommend this transport company.
Aside from the absolutely hated stop, the rest of the travel was quite uneventful. except that i saw part of the Airconditioning plastic part fall on a person in front of me, when the vehicle hit one particularly bad pothole, because the vehicle seems to be quite poorly maintained on the inside at least.
Maybe the only good thing appart from linh noticing my hotel one night before, the driver had a sense of humor.
Again, only book this company if you have no other choice

Bus on time, very comfortable seats. Driver was driving very stressful and used the horn so much that it wasn't possible to sleep. We were dropped off on a weird spot by the road with the information someone else will pick us up. The next driver came 10-15 Minuten later. He was hery nice though. Overall good. We arrived in the end where we wanted.

We had a perfect ride from Hanoi to Tam Coc. Our Hotel was outside of the Old Town, so to save time, we were asked to be picked up on the other side of the highway, right by the footbridge, instead of at our hotel on the other side, which was totally ok. In Hanoi, they even had a second person looking for the travellers, so the driver could stay in his seat. Obviously, picking up the passengers across Hanoi Old Town took some time, so total travel time was around 2.5 hrs
We had a short stop on the route with toillets and a shop.
Driver drove carefully, was friendly and asked if temperature is ok. Modern music was played on a low level. No change of cars.

The great thing is that we came all the way to Tam Coc, but the journey was chaotic. It said that we should wait in the lobby so we did for 55 minutes before the driver came and then he almost drove away without us. Then there was a stop on trip, where we had to get out! Then 15 minutes later all of a sudden we were switched into another car that would take us all the way to the hotel. That was unexpected and chaotic.

Bus arrived 30 mins late and then transferred to a further bus. Very uncomfortable. All VIP seats taken, so two of us had to sit next to the driver in cramped conditions.

La première personne qui est venu nous récupérer pour aller direction la limousine a été très gentille, généreuse, souriante mais seul point négatif, le chauffeur de la limousine quant à lui, a eu beaucoup de retard, très bon quand même dans l'ensemble

L'information manque sur le site quand on booke, donc ça laisse perplexe pour savoir ce qu'on vient d'acheter. Une fois que c'est clair par contre, c'est merveilleux!
Ils nous contactent via WhatsApp pour nous demander précisément où nous sommes et à quel hébergement on va. Ils viennent alors nous chercher là où on est et nous déposent exactement à la destination qu'on leur a communiquée.
La climatisation est juste assez (pas glaciale, mais fonctionnelle).
Bien entendu, il y a un arrêt toilettes (entre autres pour nous faire dépenser nos sous, sans surprise) et l'heure d'arrivée ne peut être garantie car on est plusieurs dans le même véhicule avec des destinations différentes. En gros, très satisfaite du service.
