- В отличие от авиаперелетов и иногда – жд поездок приезжать на автостанцию сильно заранее необходимости нет. Регистрация, даже на международных автобусных рейсах, как правило, не занимает много времени. Допуски по багажу тоже весьма и весьма приятные, а если лимиты на вес багажа все-таки установлены, то доплата за перевес почти всегда совсем невысокая.
- Билеты на автобус обычно более доступны, чем билеты на самолет или скорый поезд. Разнообразие классов и тарифов ориентировано на любой кошелек. Самые дешевые варианты, возможно, не самый быстрый способ прибыть в пункт назначения, но свою работу автобусы в любом случае делают. На более длинных маршрутах есть либо туалеты в салоне, либо остановки, билет включает снеки, воду, иногда туалетные принадлежности, одеяла и прочие полезные и приятные вещи.

Минусы путешествия на автобусе
- Новые междугородние автобусные терминалы нередко расположены на окраине города у оживленных шоссе, чтобы автобусы не вставали в городские пробки. Для путешественника в этом не только плюс, но и минус. Добираться до таких терминалов бывает непросто или долго, плюс в некоторых локациях обслуживать терминалы разрешается не любому транспорту – т.е. даже некоторые службы такси туда не допускают. Как результат – спекулятивные цены на перевозку. Если нужно выезжать в часы-пик, не забывайте заложить дополнительное время на поездку.
- Автобус, наверное, вид транспорта, который наиболее подвержен задержкам и нарушению расписания – если сравнивать с самолетами или поездами. Причин может быть великое множество – от ДТП до ремонта дороги, объезда и т.д. Ситуация ухудшается в дни государственных праздников, длинные выходные, высокий сезон. Учитывайте этот момент и не планируйте коротких стыковок.
- Если вы планируете поездку по одному из наиболее востребованных маршрутов и/или в высокий сезон, стоит озаботиться заблаговременным бронированием билетов. Учитывайте, что просто прийти на автовокзал и уехать ближайшим рейсом возможно далеко не всегда: билеты вполне могут быть распроданы, так что планируйте заранее.

We left half an hour late, with another company but the comfort was very good. Furthermore, on your site and on your confirmation, it was written that the journey will last 1 hour 40 minutes, which is false, since it took us more than 3 hours. I chose this company for this reason. I checked and there are many errors on your site. Please correct everything. otherwise it's a commercial lie.

It was a bit of a hassle at the starting point (5 bus companies and 60+ people at the same time) and we were 1.5hrs EARLIER than expected, so getting out was a bit of a rush too, but the ride itself was safe and comfy.

We booked a service pick up at 12:00 and Driver arrived 12:42 to pick us up.
From 11:45 to 12:42 we tried several calls and just one time they answered informing that they will sent us the driver contact and registration of the van, the sent to us one minute before driver arrives.
Apart from the above, the driver did not know what our destination was and even called his company to argue with them. The organization on the company’s part was extremely poor.
We later made up for the lost time on the road, but at the cost of somewhat reckless driving, constantly overtaking other cars and asking them to move out of the way. He was in a great hurry, which turned out to be because he was only taking us to the city. Once there, without any prior notice, he asked everyone to get out and transfer to individual vehicles.
The private car journey was well organized. The driver drove properly and we arrived at the airport on time.

Bus arrived to pick up late but still dropped us off 1.5hrs early. The driving was super erratic, felt very unsafe and made for an uncomfortable night with hardly any sleep. Charger points didnt work, and no water or snacks provided

The transport ordered was a Van and it did not come, we were at the pickup place 40 min befor scheduled departure and they told us it will leave on time. then it occured it had a technical issue and there was no information about what is next…. at the end almost 1 h after scheduled departure they picked us up on a taxi to drive us to another pickup place where we were put into sleeper bus with no other option discussion. it was comfortable but not clean as we needed to take the places after the people who just got ot of it. we arrived in Da Nang 1.5h after scheduled arrival

Guy in the office was rude and dismissive, then the bus arrived and the guy putting our bags on was also rude and lobbed them in like our bags had insulted his family, then took off half hour late. The lying down cabins are relatively comfy, one stained and questionable 'drips' stuck to the leather - clearly not cleaned between journeys - and not adjustable at all. Driver was the worst of all, super rude, even physically pushing me back when we tried to get off for a wee (we were inexplicably stopped for 20 minutes anyway with no notice, no one got on or off and there was a cafe immediately next to us). Got told we'd stop in 20 mins, then stopped again, most of us tried ask to go to the toilet as there's none on the bus and we're 4-4.5 hrs in at this point. (I want to note that these two stops were to pick up 'personal' packages to deliver, not passengers). Told again no, quite aggressively, and had to wait 5 minutes just for him to pull into a stop basically the same as the other two. That was the only stop for the whole 7.5 hr journey. There isn't much upon which to base a recommendation for this company, aside from having a cabin on your own. By the end this didnt really outweigh the rest of the experience.

We travel with a 4 and 6 year old. We picked this bus because it was meant to arrive at 6.30 am but it’s a scam. It arrives 2 hr early hence 4am which is the reason why we didn’t pick an another company. The bus itself was comfortable but not as much as others. And the beds were a little narrower

The bus arrived an hour late. The cabins were dirty from the passengers before. The bus was overbooked so people had to sleep in the aisle. First part was ok to sleep. After the break the driver was in a rush, drove very fast and used the horn permanently. The cabin was good. Plenty of room.

All went well, we arrived at the location. Bus pick up was about 20 minutes late.
Halfway we had to change buses, we didn’t get any notice about this before that. So that was a bit stressful. Buses are comfortable!

Kurzfristig 2h früher los. Pinkelpausen teilweise auf offenem Gelände. Super oft nachts gehalten. Nachts 4.30 Uhr irgendwo im Busoffice abgesetzt ohne Erklärung. Aber dann kamen doch noch PKWs um uns ans Ziel zu bringen.

We had a great trip with Duy Khan! They were fully booked at the time we originally tried to reserve but we contacted them and they arranged for us to be on their next bus. We got picked up right on time by a van who took us outside of the city centre to get on the bus. Both drivers were excellent, and everything went smooth.

It was fine, bus an hour late, but made up for some of that time. No toilet on board which every other cabin one I’ve done at same price point or lower has. Cabin as the other trips I’ve done, a good way to travel. Aircon v cold, I forgot to get my jumper out of hold luggage.

It was a comfortable journey and the cabin beds were spacious with a cosy blanket included. The only thing I’d say is I wish they stopped more regularly to use the toilet but overall a smooth comfortable journey.

The bus was comfortable and there was a good amount of stops for snacks and toilet breaks but bugs dropping down after you open the window blind isn’t really great for a comfortable sleep.
