- В отличие от авиаперелетов и иногда – жд поездок приезжать на автостанцию сильно заранее необходимости нет. Регистрация, даже на международных автобусных рейсах, как правило, не занимает много времени. Допуски по багажу тоже весьма и весьма приятные, а если лимиты на вес багажа все-таки установлены, то доплата за перевес почти всегда совсем невысокая.
- Билеты на автобус обычно более доступны, чем билеты на самолет или скорый поезд. Разнообразие классов и тарифов ориентировано на любой кошелек. Самые дешевые варианты, возможно, не самый быстрый способ прибыть в пункт назначения, но свою работу автобусы в любом случае делают. На более длинных маршрутах есть либо туалеты в салоне, либо остановки, билет включает снеки, воду, иногда туалетные принадлежности, одеяла и прочие полезные и приятные вещи.

Минусы путешествия на автобусе
- Новые междугородние автобусные терминалы нередко расположены на окраине города у оживленных шоссе, чтобы автобусы не вставали в городские пробки. Для путешественника в этом не только плюс, но и минус. Добираться до таких терминалов бывает непросто или долго, плюс в некоторых локациях обслуживать терминалы разрешается не любому транспорту – т.е. даже некоторые службы такси туда не допускают. Как результат – спекулятивные цены на перевозку. Если нужно выезжать в часы-пик, не забывайте заложить дополнительное время на поездку.
- Автобус, наверное, вид транспорта, который наиболее подвержен задержкам и нарушению расписания – если сравнивать с самолетами или поездами. Причин может быть великое множество – от ДТП до ремонта дороги, объезда и т.д. Ситуация ухудшается в дни государственных праздников, длинные выходные, высокий сезон. Учитывайте этот момент и не планируйте коротких стыковок.
- Если вы планируете поездку по одному из наиболее востребованных маршрутов и/или в высокий сезон, стоит озаботиться заблаговременным бронированием билетов. About as expected for a bus journey here. You pay for luggage. The bus left on time and arrived about right.
It was comfy for a few hours but wouldn’t be for longer than 3 hours.
All in all would recommend it as a way to get from Mostar to Sarajevo.

In the process of buying it was advertised that I can show it on mobile . As soon as I purchased and received the pdf , it was shown on the ticket that it needs to be printed !
I was stranded around the bus terminal in Mostar looking for a printer and after 5 or 6 attempts in emailing the files to a travel agency I was asked 2 euros for the print .one page was the ticket and 6 other pages were description of your policy!!
I understand that it is the bus companies policy but you need to make sure that what you advertise and show on your webpage prior to the purchase is exactly according to the policies of the merchant
Overall I am not happy about what happened and will unsubscribe and won’t use you again

Reliable, in time and cheapest travel option unless one prefer to walk!! No A/c throughout, so can wear normal. Beware at the stops as beggars not genuine approaches you for money mentioning that he is going to travel in the same bus, never despite they have already collected the amount needed for destination.

I actually missed my prebooked bus as owner of my accommodation messed the pick up time to bus. I had to walk to the bus station as no taxi available. I have recently had knee surgery on both knees so that was extremely painful due to carrying luggage. It took 45 mins. I bought a new ticket after having spent 20 €》on my original ticket. The new ticket on another bus 12.50 pm bus Mostar to Sarajevo cost 25 KM. So my bus ticket really cost me 20€ plus 25KM. The bus that took me was great and fortunately the scenic ride appeased my anger. Sadly, dinner was a small tin of tuna and 2 bananas. The second bus ticket was my dinner money. Boo hoo.

We arrived on time and the ride was comfortable. However the driver had a poor attitude to safety. Timely departure and arrival. The driver was rude with a poor attitude to customers, demanding rather than asking for tickets or cash for bag stowage. Worst of all was his attitude to safety- he spent a lot of the journey reading his phone, making handheld calls and even writing text at some points. He would sometimes steer with his elbows on the steering wheel.

A bit pricey but a very scenic route. The route is scenic and the windows are large which helps to appreciate the views. The driving was smooth and the journey was on time. The driver was throwing people's suitcases and backpacks into the luggage hold way too aggressively. The price is more than double the train, which seems a bit too expensive.

A few more details please! We were not informed of extra charges - to print out the tickets, or to store luggage. We were not told the price for baggage storage, nor that we could only pay in BAM, nor that after awhile the luggage person would change their mind and allow euros in payment for an “extra fee.”.

We almost got abandoned at a stop. The scenery was great. To be honest, our trip was rather problematic. The passengers sitting in front of us had lowered their seats so much that we had hardly any leg space. Apart from that, when the bus made a quick stop at a mini market, it left without notifying us, and if we hadn't run for our life, we would have been abandoned at a small city, probably would have missed our flight the following day. Apparently, we will never travel with this company again! It has been a rather disappointing experience.

A LONG ride. The driver was a woman, and she might have been new to the role, but she handled the bus very well and it felt safe. The bus was too full, it felt as through they had sold too many tickets, I am lucky I got a seat. I think we arrived a bit late. Mostar bus station is pretty grim.

CHILL AND RILEX TRIP. 1) The bus driver is on time 2) The bus driver answer my question 3) I had ride 3 trips with bus, honestly this trip is the most comfortable because the driver drove so smooth and cool. 4) I had complained previous bus trip regarding to hot in the bus because of the heater. Surprisingly this trip so comfortable not too hot or to cool. Keep it up!! If possible, upgrade the station bus. Especially waiting room (very needed when is too cool).

3 hr bus - not the best driver. That there was heaters. The bus driver constantly slamming brakes in traffic every time the bus moved . everyone kept looking at the driver confused as to why he was getting unnecessarily close to the cars just to speed up and brake right before hitting them. Also no wifi.

Autoperoz DANGER DRIVER! Clean and punctual. The driver made us live our worst and scariest experience ever at a bus station. The luggage was 4 marks but I had only 3 and the rest in euros. He didn't accept but gave me back the 3 marks. A minute later, shouting at us he moved our sits to vertical position (the bus was almost empty), and without asking he took a bag with food I had, opened and wanted to trash it instead of just saying it was not allowed to eat. Then pointed me and other turist to come down from the bus.. And requested again the 4 marks.. My only option was to ask for exchange at the bar, but when going to my seat for my wallet, he closed the bus door, leaving me outside and my baby girl and girlfriend onboard.. Then a random guy there looking at the crazy situation, donated me the missing mark so the driver allowed me to get back onboard to my seat. Bus number 243, date 11 nov 2024, from Sarajevo to Mostar, departure time 14:30. Hope the company does something with that insane driver.

The coach was overbooked so even though you had a ticket didn't guarantee a seat. The bus was running late, the driver was smoking on the bus, we were very lucky to get seats as plenty of people had to stand. I was sharing the back row of 5 seats with my son and a family of four with two small children. Only because they offered to a seat up, if not we would have had to be separated. There was an extra charge for luggage too.

They sold much more tickets than the bus can have. Both arrival and departure was late. Getbybus selling ticket without seat number. But the bus conpany selling offline tickets with seat numbers. This is disturbing. People claiming where ever you sit.

Hubo inundaciones en Bosnia y la carretera quedó afectada, convirtiendo un viaje de 2:30h en 8h, no nos lo comunicarón hasta que no llegamos a la estación en la que tuvimos que esperar 2:30h hasta que llegó el bus, luego bien, nos recogieron, aunque no entiendo la gente que no respeta las filas, y luego se sienta separada para ir más cómodo, y tardamos 7h en llegar al siguiente destino. El conductor a menudo hablaba por teléfono, pero bueno.

Good. Left on time, careful driver, good price, station info accurate. Easy to use. We were not aware that the bus would make that many stops. Arrival time 40 mins late and almost disrupted our plans. (We're supposed to arrive in Sarajevo at 13:35 and arrived at 14:15). Extra charge for a small suitcase that in all the countries I have been and used buses in is included in the ticket.
