Shock absorber is old. Driver tried to arrive on time. Shock absorbers was very old, no break for toilet. Arriva should have break 10-15 minutes in Kupjak.

Bus je kasnio gotovo sat vremena od planiranog; vozac ne govori hrvatski. Urednost autobusa. Ne poštivanje voznog reda; komunikacija sa vozačem na isključivo engleskom jeziku u hrvatskoj nije prihvatljiva budući osim turista ima i naših ljudi. Kolega koji je kontrolirao karte se nije uključio niti u skupljanje kofera, naplatu ta prijevoz kofera niti u obavijestavanje putnika o pauzi. Može i bolje.

the driver lkes to hold the phone while driving, the driver was eating and drinking while driving. the driver placed all the passengers and his life at a high RISK, while doing all the wrong things. The drivers attitude was not helpful. He didnt help with loading the luggage .. but I have to pay for luggage ? really. not good. 1.The driver ate food and drinked coffee while driving. 2. The driver used this elbows to drive the bus 3. The driver was holding his mobile phone for over 40 minutes while driving. 4. The bus stopped for a blond lady to come onto the bus. Im not sure if she paid the driver. 5. The driver was not happy to drive his passengers and looked very tired of driving.

Conductor prepotente. No había wifi o no nos lo dijo. Al subir al bus estaban apagadas las luces del interior por lo que cada pasajero se sentó donde pudo. Antes de salir las encendió pero cada uno ya estaba sentado en otros asientos. No había wifi en el bus o por lo menos ni lo dijo ni había ninguna reseña en el bus. Nula empatía del conductor con el pasaje.

The bus on time. But we late a bit, one of our friend ran and caught the bus, and the bus drivers are very helpful to wait us few more mins and stored our luggages. Better each stop had a washroom.

The bus broke an hour into the trip. We were in the middle of the highway. The driver was amazing, he took care of everything, even when the bus broke he was patient and did the best he could to make all the passengers feel as comfortable as possible. The bus quality. This company really shouldn't send buses like this to any kind of travel, not even short relations. The bus broke an hour into the trip and it happened in the middle of the highway. It wasn't the driver's fault as the bus was old and not fixed properly. It was extremely hot and since the bus could not turn on, there was no possibility for AC. We also could not go out of the bus as we were in the middle of the highway. This went on for 2 hours until another bus came. Of course this made everyone late to their trips and reservations. I understand these things happen, but the company should take better care of their buses and upgrade them from time to time.

Didn't have a seat number. It was hell finding a place. Quick ride. I bought a ticket and didn't get a seat number. As bus was full, no one wanted to allow me ti seat with my son together. Bus driver was saving front seats for his colleagues that he gave a ride to. After some negotiation he allowed me and my 9 yo son to sit. If you gave me the seat number- which I payed for as I reserved them, it wouldn't put me in to this uncomfortable situation.

Rude driver Told we had to pay an addition 5 euro to transport luggage underneath No air conditioning so very hot Arrived an hour late although that was due to traffic not anything else.
